Ideally we'd also want to run an Emscripten build in the CI pipeline, but not a must have (especially so early in the process). |

Windows and Linux WASM lib build scripts.
In combination with https://github.com/floooh/sokol/pull/1204/files this makes it easier to get up and running with wasm + sokol using Odin. I'll be releasing a "Odin + sokol on the web" sample soon.
