RSS Feed for trending hashtags and words in Amsterdam area.

Usage

Create a trending.ini configuration file

tweets_file = tweets.txt
baseurl = http://localhost

[twitter]
consumer_key = <key here>
consumer_secret = <secret here>
access_token = <access token here>
access_token_secret = <access token secret here>

Start by PYTHONPATH=src: python src/trending/main.py

Following RSS Feeds are exposed

• <host>:<port>/hashtags
• <host>:<port>/words

Other URLS will return a 404 error. PS: analysis is not real time as of yet.

CI/CD pipeline

Included in the setup is some groundwork to create an AWS pipeline for running this application using Terraform.
