- Added XMLRootTag and XMLRowTag fields to ExportOptions
- Updated xml_exporter.go to dynamically apply custom tags
- Extended CLI with new flags (--xml-root-tag, --xml-row-tag)
- Added README documentation and examples for XML customization
- Added unit test (TestWriteXMLCustomTags) to validate custom tag behavior
