Description

Objective:
Create a Balancer connector compatible with Gateway v2.8. Implement all supported interfaces (swap, AMM, CLMM) depending on what Balancer offers.
Ensure compliance with Gateway standards and testing.
Notes:

• Focus on modular, clean code aligned with v2.8 expectations.
• Functional integration and unit tests required.

Important: we're currently in the process of gateway update
v2.8 adds this Gateway refactor and makes the whole system LLM-friendly (eta early August)
Any new Gateway connectors should track the v2.8 changes. We will assign devs to bounties but don't expect them to commence work until v2.8 is released, given that it's still a work in progress
