I observed missing responses when form is submitted

When using 0 on amount pct causing ZeroDivisionError, ValueError ❌

This issue occur when using 0 values on any of Type of Amount Distribution on PMM Simple controller

Does not indicate if connector API keys, new account are successfully added ❌

• Confirmed all responses are successful on hummingbot-api ✅
• User have to relaunch the dashboard to confirm if connector is added

Steps to reproduce bug

1. Setup hummingbot/deploy using ./setup.sh
2. Test by adding connector API keys on Credentials page
3. Test by using 0 on Type of Amount Distribution on PMM Simple
