When the user adds a cluster and then goes to another view... how do they get feedback when the cluster has finished being added?

• When they come back to the add cluster screen, they should be able to still see progress
• They should still get a snack bar notification when cluster creation is finished
• The home view of the cluster list should update when there is cluster creation in progress
