Can we merge the 2 pages for new and existing hasura into one like we have done in config v1 docs. The pages are almost identical except for the 2 extra optional steps of initializing migrations and metadata

This PR brings back the story-like migration setup instructions for setting up migrations and makes some changes to the v1 migration setup page.
