hasura console takes an incredibly long time to startup.

In debug mode, it seems as if it is waiting on this:

DEBU copying cli state from hdb_catalog.schema_migrations to catalog state

It sits here for at least 20 min and then starts up.

Hasura 2.0.1 on cli and server
