According to D2k editor we have wrong spread values on some Warheads. Before we start balancing D2k we should have default values.
Radius 32 is same as 1c0 ORA.
64 is same as 2c0. etc.

These two values were originally set both to 0c512 by #18010, and were later adjusted by #20137. @penev92 can you remember why you didn't set them to 1c0 in the original PR?

Back then I haven't hard evidence what Spread damage was, and was doing things more by intuition and observation.
I still think it #20137 was good improvement and achieve its goal. Now Im just fixing Spread dmg where I I haven't been 100% right.

I think Debris and Debris2 also need their spreads adjusted x2 btw and this PR is the place to do it.

The W_BULLET warhead used by Fremen and machine gun weapons (which we have ^MG for) has a spread of 15, which is in fact 480 in ORA units. It is weird, but the spreads in OG D2k seem to be 15, 32, 64 or 96, idk why no 16.
So strictly speaking the ^MG was more correct at 480 spread than it is at 512. I don't mind either way, but I want us all to be on the same page.
