Why?:

• Implements functionality beyond what the raw widgets provide from the main Platform backend.

What?:

• Creates a standalone Workspace app to serve company filings as PDFs
• Launched with:
  • openbb-api --app openbb_nasdaq.app:main --factory
• Updates the extension's README file with additional details.

Impact:

• No impact on existing functionality, this does not touch interface code.
• Can be installed and launched with only openbb-nasdaq as the top-level dependency.

Testing Done:

• Adds tests for the main factory function, apps.json, and widgets.json
