Regarding issue 335.
In west-europe we have only one sdb endpoint (sdb.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com). So when setting a region endpoint other then eu-west-1 it will fail connecting to sdb,
This fix makes sure that when setting a eu-west-* region that it will set the correct sdb endpoint.
