Currently, there is no way to enable or manage auto tiering for volumes via Trident. Auto tiering is an important feature for optimizing storage costs.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the Trident operator to support configuring auto tiering for Google Cloud NetApp Volumes, including:

• Enable/disable auto tiering when creating or updating a volume.
• Set the cooling threshold (number of days before data is moved to a lower tier).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, the only alternative is to manually configure auto tiering for each volume using the Google Cloud Console or API after Trident creates the volume. This is not scalable or compatible with automated Kubernetes workflows.
