I try to unstake SUI that I staked with "Mysten-1" on Trust wallet and I keep getting the same failure message each time after multiple attempts, although I have available native SUI for gas fees (10 native SUI other than the staked SUI).

• I tried "unstake" multiple times -> same error showing InsufficientGas
• I tried "stake" -> same failure error showing InsufficientGas
• I have 10 native SUI available which is more than enough for Gas fees.
• I tried to "send" native SUI to another wallet and it's successful.
• I tried to "reveive" native SUI from another wallet and it's successful.
• I have the most recent version of Trust Wallet app.
