What is in this change?
Enabled the user to define the timeout value between response streams so as to not prematurely close the OpenRouter stream. The reason this exists is that OpenRouter models mostly do not return the
finish_reasonresponse reliably which leads to hanging responses unless we force close it.On slower connections to 500ms may be too little for most connections.
