Pull Request Type
According to some users, the GitHub connector limitation of trying to scrape a repo with no PAT is non-obvious even with the tooltip and warning triangle. We used to have a more obvious alert for this limitation but it seems like this is still an issue so we added it back to stop getting this question over and over.
