Add conversion of dictionary to plato.sh #16
Description
This does a conversion of startdict to dictd before start. It should get ported in the current version of plato.sh to enable this feature meantioned in the 0.9.17 release notes:
- Automatically convert all the StarDict dictionaries found in the dictionaries directory to dictd.
