docs: remove 'beta' designation of the develop branch

* Remove the 'beta' designation of the `develop` branch. * Add a link to the GitHub repo so a link will appear on the documentation website. * No longer mention the `master` branch, as people should use the `develop` branch. * Add blurb about Booked Scheduler last being open source in 2020. Also that LibreBooking and Booked Scheduler have diverged from each other. * Some minor re-wording of the content.

Was previously using the wrong SHA value in the `cz` or commitizen check. This was due to the fact that when commits get merged by GitHub they modify the commit on merge and thus change the SHA :( This worked for awhile but eventually GitHub pruned the orphan commit and then the CI started breaking. This happened in #583
