We have migrated the documentation to a Sphinx based system. And now creating the website using that. Remove doc/*.md files as they have already been incorporated in the Sphinx based system located in docs/
Move `doc/LibreBooking.mwb` to `docs/entity-relationship-diagram/LibreBooking.mwb` Move `doc/.markdownlint.yml` to `docs/.markdownlint.yml` Delete `doc/ERD.svg` as no longer needed. Update CI job to use new location of `.markdownlint.yml`
