Replaced the jQuery colorpicker.js plugin with the native <input type="color"> styled using Bootstrap 5's form-control-color class, providing a cleaner and more consistent UI. Additionally, removed outdated commented code from `tpl\Admin\Users\manage_users.tpl` to improve code clarity and maintainability.
