Hi team,

I'm interested in contributing to the Kong OSS gateway and would love to help out in a meaningful way. I've gone through the open issues and noticed that there’s only one labeled as "good first issue," which seems to already be in progress.

Is there anything unassigned or relatively simple that would be a good starting point for someone new to the codebase? I’m comfortable working with Lua, writing tests, and improving documentation.
