- Replaced Node.js core `fetch` function with `node-fetch` to support proxy agents. - Integrated proxy support using `https-proxy-agent` and `socks-proxy-agent`.

This request adds the ability to use HTTPS or SOCKS proxy for sending message to Telegram. This feature is essential for the environments where direct access to internet or Telegram is restricted.
