It keeps being requested in interop - see web-platform-tests/interop#1001 (comment)

Opening this because I believe that the linked WebKit bugzilla points to a negative position, but it doesn't show up in https://webkit.org/standards-positions/ which I am assuming is because it isn't here and predates this... Maybe if the position is closed/stated as negative it will show up?
