Description

• Adds a fixed type (SortDirection) for sorting values when retrieving lists.
• Adds a method to the PaymentListsService that retrieves a list of payments associated with a unique payment link.

Other

• Removes deprecated flags from golangci-lint used in the Taskfile.yaml.
