#24 An issue with just importing the repository comes from having to build and install the package. The program needs to run python setup.py, but there is an issue in both PyCharm's virtual env and also travis. It seems possible to get it to run, but it will take a bit of tinkering.

Design a solution and document the workaround/solution to the issue for future use, as well as update the travis file if any changes are needed.
