Develop workaround for mingus in python3 #24

@CookieComputing

Description

@CookieComputing

The good news: We got to the point where we can use mingus for one of our views, as seen in #20 .

The bad news: Mingus was written in python 2, which is annoying, because now our imports don't work. This is particularly painful because pip doesn't have a python3 variant of mingus, so we need to find a way to work around this, either by manually configuring tools via pycharm and travis, or downloading a mingus and injecting it into our code base.

Consider other approaches before deciding to just hard code the repository into the code base.
