This release fixes a bug with a user skipping the login screen and not having an account set.

• FIx error when user cancels login

• Added Newtonsoft in Plugin folder
• Update WebGLSendContractExample.cs and CustomCallExample.cs
• Fix overlap text for login button

Remove Netwtonsoft.
