Description

We have deprecated the diagnostics service. Previously, self-metrics were reported by this service with a shorter polling interval. Now, we use an OTLP receiver, and the polling interval is 1 minute. Therefore, we have extended the sleep time in the test to 2 minutes to accommodate these changes.
