I just noticed this commit isn't consistent with the automated approach in build-infra.sh which instead would be to move the cd step into the next section as a precursor to running terraform. LMK, happy to edit. |

The sed command fails to complete successfully. The problem is that the relative paths are wrong if you have already executed the prior cd command.
