The config directory on MacOS is not ~/.config and is somewhat surprising to me. Add a multi-path loader and also try loading from ~/.config.
controller-runtime defines the kubeconfig flag in the default flagset. Avoid using the default flagset to work around this. Also manage klog flags explicitly while we're here - users don't need most of them.
