The spanner-change-streams-to-sharded-file-sink and gcs-to-sourcedb templates were used for Reverse replicating to MySQL database from Spanner.
These templates has been replaced by spanner-to-sourcedb template now.
Relevant documentation changes was done in - GoogleCloudPlatform/spanner-migration-tool#977
