Articolo 97
(ex articolo 77 del TCE)
Le tasse o canoni che, a prescindere dai prezzi di trasporto, sono percepiti da un vettore al passaggio delle frontiere non debbono superare un livello ragionevole, avuto riguardo alle spese reali effettivamente determinate dal passaggio stesso.
Gli Stati membri procurano di ridurre progressivamente le spese in questione.
La Commissione può rivolgere raccomandazioni agli Stati membri ai fini dell'applicazione del presente articolo.
