Sync Roku IDs Directly to Roku Ads

Improvement

You can now sync Roku IDs directly to Roku Ads from Hightouch.

Journeys V2 Permissions

New

Journeys now support granular, V2-level permissions. These permissions decouple audience and sync access from journeys, giving teams finer control over who can configure or launch them.

Additional Entry Filters for Event-Based Journeys

Improvement

Event-based journeys now support additional entry filters, allowing you to refine which users enter a journey.

For example:

  • Exclude users in a suppression audience from a “Viewed Product” upsell journey

  • Target only high-value users in an “Abandoned Cart” flow

This gives marketers the precision of audience-based targeting while keeping the flexibility of event-triggered journeys.
