Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de collage en surface d'une bande fibreuse. Ce procédé consiste à conduire une bande fibreuse vers un poste de collage en surface où un collage en surface, dont la teneur en matière sèche est comprise de préférence entre 20 et 30%, est appliqué sur au moins un côté de la bande par pulvérisation. L'étape d'application est suivie par l'acheminement de la bande fibreuse, facultativement au moyen d'une ligne de contact de collage en surface et/ou d'un étage de séchage distinct, vers une unité de traitement comprenant une courroie métallique conçue pour entourer au moins un élément de guidage, au moins un élément de support qui établit une face face de contact avec la courroie métallique étant disposé en dehors de ladite courroie, de sorte à former une zone de traitement de bande étendue entre la courroie métallique et l'élément de support, la bande à traiter étant acheminée à travers ladite zone.
