5b所示方法的区别仅仅在于:领带宽带的一端不需要围绕细带的一端一圈, 而是简单地将两端一叠合。
由此可见, 本发明领带和领带结装置可以使人们快速、 规整地系上领 带, 并且透过镶嵌宝石或钻石的前壳体 21, 显示穿戴者的高贵和品味。
另外, 还可以如图 5c所示, 将具有衫带联系条.12的领带窄带部分穿过 商标环 13, 使之与衬衫扣相系扣(如图 6所示), 这样领带下半部垂摆就会 稳定而不歪、 不串、 不飞。 较之现有的领带夹和领带, 本发明的衬衫扣相 系扣则更加便捷、 隐秘、 经济。
图 3a至图 3d显示了本发明的领带结装置的第二实施例的结构, 领带结 装置是 个上宽下窄 (依照设计和使用需要,可任意改变形状)的领结环 3, 包括:
由领结环的前壳体 31和后壳体 32围成的用于容纳领带的领结环腔 33, 如图 3c所示;
位于所述后壳体 32上的从上至下贯通的领带进出开口 34,如图 3b所示; 以及
安装在所述后壳体 32上的领带固定装置 35和 36, 如图 3b所示。
如图 3b所示, 固定装置包括: 开在所述后壳体 32上的通槽 35和安装 在通槽 35上的滑扣 36。滑扣 36可以在通槽 35中上下滑动, 用于卡紧塞入 领结环腔 33内的领带, 由于领结环腔 33上宽下窄, 因此滑扣下移时, 可 以卡紧塞入领结环腔 33中的领带。
该领结环 3的前壳体 31 同样是两腰部后凹、 中部前凸。 并且在前壳体 31 的内侧壁上设有用来形成领带双峰摺的分摺齿 37。
适用于该领结环 3的领带的窄带部分同样可以设有一个衫带联系条 12, 该衫带联系条 12缝合在领带的背面, 其上具有若干个扣眼 121, 该衫带联 系条 12 可穿过领带上的商标环 13。 但是, 该领带不需要设置附加串挂条 11。
该领结环 3的正面是最重要的效果区, 具有从简单的丝印、镂空、编结、 浮雕直至镶嵌名贵宝石和钻石的效果。 后壳体 32构成领结环背面, 具有从 人体工程学考虑的圆缓的弧线, 舒适美观。
图 4a至图 4c显示了本发明的领带结装置的第三实施例, 该领带结装置 是用于蝴蝶结领带的蝴蝶结领结环 4, 包括:
由领结环的前壳体 41、 后壳体 42、 上壳体 46和下壳体 47围成的用于 容纳蝴蝶结的领结环腔 43, 如图 4c (侧视图) 所示;
位于所述后壳体 42上蝴蝶结领带的进出开口 44,如图 4b和图 4c所示; 以及 .
固定连接所述后壳体 42 的用于调整并固定蝴蝶结领带长度的串挂扣钩 45, 另外, 它还具有压紧蝴蝶结的作用。
串挂扣钩 45也可以是后壳体 42的一部分, 从后壳体 42下部向上延伸。 蝴蝶结领结环 4还包括: 分别固定在所述上壳体 46内壁上和 /或下壳体 47内壁上的定位齿 48, 用于定位塞入领结环腔 43内的蝴蝶结。
前壳体 41最好是向外凸出的弧形壳体。
蝴蝶结领带 (未显示) 的背面应当具有用于调整领带长度的孔眼, 以便 串挂扣钩 45插入。
该领结环 4的正面是最重要的效果区, 具有从简单的丝印、镂空、编结、 浮雕直至镶嵌名贵宝石和钻石的效果。 串挂扣钩 45和后壳体 42构成领结 环背面, 具有从人体工程学考虑的圆缓的弧线, 舒适美观。
本发明领结环与领带的结合, 恰似锦上添花。 她的作用和效果有如戒指 于酥指, 项链于靓颈, 手链于秀腕, 耳环于丽耳……她丰富了时尚产品的 种类, 丰富了珠宝首饰的目录, 更丰富和美化了人们的形象和生活!
本发明领带 (包括领巾或丝巾)上附加串挂条的使用, 使领带 "歪斜飘 荡" 的尴尬一系了之。
尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明, 但是本发明不限于此, 本技术领 域技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。 因此, 凡按照本发明原 理所作的修改, 都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于包括:
一条其上安装有附加串挂条 (11 ) 的领带 (1 ),;
一个形成所述领带 (1 ) 领结的领结环 (2), 包括:
由领结环的前壳体 (21 ) 和后壳体 (22) 围成的用于容纳领带的领 结环腔 (23);
位于所述后壳体(22 )上的从上至下贯通的领带进出开口 (24); 以

从所述领带进出开口 (24) —侧的任意位置向其另一侧延伸的串挂 扣钩 (25)。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于, 所述串挂 扣钩 (25) 是一个片状物, 其两侧根部分别具有扣挂槽 (26)。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于, 所述 前壳体 (21 ) 的内侧壁上设有用来形成领带双峰摺的分摺齿 (27)。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于:
所述附加串挂条 (11 ) 被分段缝制在领带背面, 形成若干个供所述串 挂扣钩 (25) 插入的挂带; 以及
所述领带 (1 ) 的中部下端设有一个衫带联系条 (12 ), 该衫带联系条 ( 12) 缝合在领带的背面或者中缝, 其上具有若干个扣眼 (121 )。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于: 所述领结 环 (2) 取上宽下窄形状。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于: 所述 前壳体 (21 ) 的两腰部后凹、 中部前凸。 7、 一种领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于包括:
一条领带 (1 );
一个形成所述领带 (1 ) 领结的领结环 (3), 包括:
由领结环的前壳体 (31 ) 和后壳体 (32 ) 围成的用于容纳领带的领 结环腔 (33 );
位于所述后壳体(32)上的从上至下贯通的领带进出开口 (34); 以 及
安装在所述后壳体 (32) 上的领带固定装置 (35, 36)。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定 装置包括: 开在所述后壳体 (32) 上的通槽 (35); 和安装在通槽 (35) 上 的滑扣 (36)。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于, 所述 前壳体 (31 ) 的内侧壁上设有用来形成领带双峰摺的分摺齿 (37)。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于, 所述领带 ( 1 ) 的中部下端设有一个衫带联系条 (12 ), 该衫带联系条 (12 ) 缝合在 领带的背面或者中缝, 其上具有若干个扣眼 (121 )。
11、 根据权利要求 7所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于: 所述领结 环 (2) 取上宽下窄形状。
12、 根据权利要求 7或 11所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于: 所 述前壳体 (21 ) 的两腰部后凹、 中部前凸。
13、 一种领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于包括:
一条蝴蝶结领带, 具有蝴蝶结和蝴蝶结领带;
一个蝴蝶结领结环 (4), 包括: 由领结环的前壳体(41 )、后壳体(42)、上壳体(46)和下壳体(47) 围成的用于容纳蝴蝶结的领结环腔 (43 );
位于所述后壳体 (42) 上蝴蝶结领带的进出开口 (44); 以及 固定连接所述后壳体 (42 ) 的用于调整并固定蝴蝶结领带长度的串 挂扣钩。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于所述蝴蝶 结领结环 (4) 还包括: 分别固定在所述上壳体 (46 ) 内壁上和 /或下壳体
(47) 内壁上的定位齿 (48)。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的领带和领带结装置, 其特征在于所述前壳 体 (41 ) 取前凸的弧面形状。
