Abstract

The automatic finger-pressure kneader includes at least one finger-pressure band (10, 20) enclosing part of a human body where a plurality of accommodators are formed at a predetermined interval, cables (30) contained in the plurality of accommodators, in which one end of the plurality of accommodators is fixed to one end of the at least one finger-pressure band (10, 20), and the other end thereof is exposed externally, a cable driving unit which extends and contracts the cables (30), and springs (11, 21) accommodated in the plurality of accommodators, for restoring the at least one finger-pressure band (10, 20). The at least one finger-pressure band (10, 20) forms the plurality of accommodators, respectively, in which sewing lines (15) are formed at a predetermined interval. The springs (11, 21) are accommodated in the accommodators together with the cables 30, respectively.

Description

AUTOMATIC FINGER-PRESSURE KNEADER
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an automatic finger-pressure kneader, and more particularly, to an automatic finger-pressure kneader which encloses an arm or leg portion with at least one finger-pressure band, and performs a finger-pressure operation according to a repeated extension and contraction of internal cable cores.
Background Art In general, a fmger-pressure treatment is a manual therapy in which a predetermined portion of a human body is pressed with the thumb or palm of the hand to correct a modulation, improve the health, or seek remedy of the disease. The finger-pressure treatment is performed by a skilled person.
Also, a fmger-pressure treatment using a finger-pressure tool has been performed. This is also performed by a skilled person.
Thus, since a fmger-pressure treatment must be generally performed by a skilled person, it has been difficult for a patient to perform a finger-pressure treatment alone.
Disclosure of the Invention To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic finger-pressure kneader which can perform a finger-pressure treatment conveniently even alone.
To accomplish the above object of the present invention, there is provided an automatic finger-pressure kneader comprising: at least one fmger-pressure band enclosing part of a human body where a plurality of accommodators are formed at a predetermined interval; cables contained in the plurality of accommodators, in which one end of the plurality of accommodators is fixed to one end of the at least one fmger-pressure band and the other end thereof is exposed externally; a cable driving unit which extends and contracts the cables; and springs accommodated in the plurality of accommodators, for restoring the at least one finger-pressure band.
Preferably, the cable driving unit comprises: a cable load on one end of which one end of the cables are rotatably fixed; a frame rotatably supporting the cable load; a rotating lever to one end of which a roller is rotatably supported and to the other end of which the cable load is rotatably supported; an elastic member provided between the rotating lever and the cable load; a cam shaft surface-contacting the roller and rotating the cable load back and forth; and a cam driving motor rotating the cam shaft.
Also, the automatic fmger-pressure kneader comprises a large-diameter gear rotatably supported to the frame, rotationally driven by power of the cam driving motor; a small-diameter gear provided in the same axis as that of the large-diameter gear; a cam gear engaged with the small-diameter gear and installed on the cam shaft; a cam interlocking link whose one end is rotatably connected to the cam shaft, and other end is rotatably connected to the frame; a sector gear fixed to the cam interlocking link; and a link rotating motor rotating the sector gear back and forth.
Also, Nelcro tapes are provided in both ends of the at least one finger-pressure band, so that the both ends of the at least one finger-pressure band can be attached to and detached from each other.
According to the present invention, the automatic finger-pressure kneader enables the at least one finger-pressure band to perform a repeated extension and contraction function since the cables are extended and contracted according to a forward and backward movement of cable loads by a cam mechanism of a cam and a roller when a cam shaft is rotated by a cam driving motor. Thus, a fmger-pressure treatment against the human body is automatically performed, to thus enable a user to perform a finger-pressure treatment automatically even alone.

FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing the state where a user wears an automatic finger-pressure kneader according to the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to FIG. 1, an automatic fmger-pressure kneader includes at least one finger-pressure band 10 or 20, cables 30, a cable driving unit, and springs 11 and 21. The at least one finger-pressure band 10 or 20 encloses part of a human body where a plurality of accommodators are formed at a predetermined interval. The cables 30 are contained in the plurality of accommodators, in which one end of the plurality of accommodators is fixed to one end of the at least one finger-pressure band 10 or 20, and the other end thereof is exposed externally. The cable driving unit extends and contracts the cables 30. The springs 11 and 21 are accommodated in the plurality of accommodators, for restoring the at least one finger-pressure band 10 or 20.
The at least one finger-pressure band 10 or 20 forms the plurality of accommodators, respectively, in which sewing lines 15 are formed at a predetermined interval. The springs 11 and 21 are accommodated in the accommodators together with the cables 30, respectively.
The at least one finger-pressure band 10 or 20 has the size of enclosing an arm or a leg, in which Nelcro tapes. ,12 and 22 are provided in both ends of the at least one finger-pressure band.
Referring to FIGs. 3 and 4, the cable driving unit includes a cable load 70 on one end of which one end of the cables 30 are rotatably fixed, a frame 100 rotatably supporting the cable load 70, a rotating lever 71 to one end of which a roller 73 is rotatably supported and to the other end of which the cable load 70 is rotatably supported, an elastic member 72 provided between the rotating lever 71 and the cable load 70, a cam shaft 51 surface-contacting the roller 73 and rotating the cable load 70 back and forth, and a cam driving motor 40 rotating the cam shaft 51.
As shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of cams 53 are formed on the cam shaft 51 at a predetermined interval. Each roller 73 is linked with each cam 53. A worm 41 is provided on the cam driving motor 40. A large-diameter gear 42 engaged with the worm 41 and rotatably driven and a small-diameter gear 43 provided in the same axis as that of the large-diameter gear 42 are rotatably supported to the frame 100. A cam gear 52 which is rotatably engaged with the small-diameter gear 43 is provided in the end of the cam shaft 51. Also, one end of a cam interlocking link 91 is rotatably connected to the frame 100 and the other end of the cam interlocking link 91 is rotatably connected to the cam shaft 51. A sector gear 90 is rotatably provided in the cam interlocking link 91. The sector gear 90 and the cam interlocking link 91 are connected to a pinion 83, a worm wheel 82, and a worm 81, in sequence, and are rotated by a link rotating motor 80 back and forth. As shown in FIG. 4, when the cam interlocking link 91 is rotated by the link rotating motor 80, the cam gear 52 is rotated along the circumference of the small-diameter gear 43. Accordingly, the cam 53 is separated from the roller 73 and thus the roller 73 is not driven in interlock with the cam 53. As a result, first and second springs 11 and 21 contained in the finger-pressure band 10 and 20 can be restored to ' thereby enable the finger-pressure bands 10 and 20 to be unfolded.
Meanwhile, sensors 101 and 102 limiting the cam interlocking link 91 are provided along the back-and-forth rotation path of the cam interlocking link 91, so that an excessive rotational movement can be prevented. The sensors 101 and 102 detect when the cam interlocking link 91 contacts the sensors 101 and 102, respectively, to then make the link rotating motor 80 stop.
Also, in the case of one of the cables 30 as shown in FIG. 2, a cable core 31 is slidably contained in a cable sheath 32. The cable sheath 32 is supported by a stopper 110 provided in the frame 100. Thus, the finger-pressure band 10 or 20 can be contracted by pull of the cable core 31.
The automatic finger-pressure kneader having the above-described structure as described above is used as follows. Here, it is assumed that the automatic finger-pressure kneader has two finger-pressure bands. First, as shown in FIG. 8, a user wears finger-pressure "bands 10 and 20 in his or her both legs. Here, since first and second springs 11 and 21 in the finger-pressure bands 10 and 20 are restored to enable the finger-pressure bands 10 and 20 to be unfolded, both legs can be wrapped under a certain pressure with the finger-pressure bands 10 and 20.
In this state, when the cam driving motor 40 is driven, the cam shaft 51 is rotated, and thus the roller 73 is driven in interlock with the cam 53. Here, as shown in FIGs. 5 and 6, the cable core 31 is released or pulled, to repeatedly extend and contract the finger-pressure band 110 or 20.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the roller 73 is not applied with a cam function, the first and second springs 11 and 21 in the finger-pressure bands 1-0 and 20 are expanded and restored to enable the finger-pressure bands 10 and 20 to be expanded. As shown in FIG.
6, when the roller 73 is driven in interlock with the cam 53, the cable core 31 is pulled to thereby contract the finger-pressure bands 10 and 20 to enable a finger-pressure treatment to be performed. As shown in FIG. 4, whe an automatic finger-pressure kneader is taken in custody after use, the link rotating motor 80 is driven to rotate the cam interlocking link 91 to separate the cam 53 from the roller 73. In this case, since the cable core 31 is released, the finger-pressure bands 10 and 20 are unfolded by the restoring forces of the first and second springs 11 and 21. Thereafter, the finger-pressure bands 10 and 20 can be used for wrapping legs.
Industrial Applicability As described above, an automatic finger-pressure kneader enables the at least one fmger-pressure band to perform a repeated extension and contraction function since the cables are extended and contracted according to a forward and backward movement of cable loads by a cam mechanism of a cam and a roller when a cam shaft is rotated by a cam driving motor. Thus, a finger-pressure treatment against the human body is automatically performed, to thus enable a user to perform a finger-pressure treatment automatically even alone.
The present invention is not limited in the above-described embodiments. It is apparent to one who is skilled in the art that there are many variations and modifications without departing off the spirit of the present invention and the scope of the appended claims.

Claims

What is claimed is:
1. An automatic finger-pressure kneader comprising: at least one finger-pressure band enclosing part of a human body where a plurality of accommodators are formed at a predetermined interval; cables contained in the plurality of accommodators, in which one end of the plurality of accommodators is fixed to one end of the at least one finger-pressure band and the other end thereof is exposed externally; a cable driving unit which extends and contracts the cables; and springs accommodated in the plurality of accommodators, for restoring the at least one fmger-pressure band.
2. The automatic finger-pressure kneader of claim 1, wherein said cable driving unit comprises: a cable load on one end of which one end of the cables are rotatably fixed; a frame rotatably supporting the cable load; a rotating lever to one end of which a roller is rotatably supported and to the other end of which the cable load is rotatably supported; an elastic member provided between the rotating lever and the cable load; a cam shaft surface-contacting the roller and rotating the cable load back and forth; and a cam driving motor rotating the cam shaft.
3. The automatic finger-pressure kneader of claim 1, further comprising: a large-diameter gear rotatably supported to the frame, and rotationally driven by power of the cam driving motor; a small-diameter gear provided in the same axis as that of the large-diameter gear; a cam gear engaged with the small-diameter gear and installed on the cam shaft; a cam interlocking link whose one end is rotatably connected to the cam shaft, and other end is rotatably connected to the frame; a sector gear fixed to the cam interlocking link; and a link rotating motor rotating the sector gear back and forth.
4. The automatic finger-pressure kneader of claim 1, wherein Nelcro tapes are provided in both ends of the at least one finger-pressure band, so that the both, ends of the at least one finger-pressure band can be attached to and detached from each other.
