- When a horizontal external force due to, for example, an earthquake is applied to the building, the exterior wall base member is also deformed following the interlayer deformation of the building framework. At this time, when the exterior wall member is displaced following the deformation of the exterior wall base member, the exterior wall member may be damaged by collision between the exterior wall members, or the exterior wall member may fall off from the exterior wall attachment fitting.
- In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an exterior wall member attachment member, a lower end exterior wall member attachment member, and an exterior wall member attachment structure that can prevent the exterior wall member from being damaged or falling off even when a horizontal external force is applied to a building.
- An exterior wall attachment member of the present invention that when exterior wall members each formed in a flat plate shape, and having an upper end protruding portion having an interior upper end protruding upward, a lower end protruding portion having an exterior lower end protruding downward, and a back side protruding portion having an interior lower end protruding downward, the back side protruding portion being shorter than the lower end protruding portion, are disposes side by side in a vertical direction, retains an abutting portion of the upper and lower exterior wall members, and attaches the abutting portion to an exterior wall base member, the exterior wall attachment member comprising: a base portion having at least one screw insertion hole, and fixed to the exterior wall base member by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into the exterior wall base member; a first holding portion which sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side; and
- a second holding portion which sandwiches and retains the upper end protruding portion of the lower exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side.
- The exterior wall attachment member of the present invention, wherein the base portion has the plurality of screw insertion holes side by side in a horizontal direction.
- A lower end exterior wall attachment member of the present invention that when exterior wall members each formed in a flat plate shape, and having an upper end protruding portion having an exterior upper end protruding upward, a lower end protruding portion having an exterior lower end protruding downward, and a back side protruding portion having an interior lower end protruding downward, the back side protruding portion being shorter than the lower end protruding portion, are disposed side by side in a vertical direction, retains the back side protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member, and attaches the back side protruding portion to an exterior wall base member, the lower end exterior wall attachment member comprising: a base portion having at least one screw insertion hole, and fixed to the exterior wall base member by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into the exterior wall base member; and a third holding portion which sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side.
- An exterior wall member attachment structure of the present invention, wherein the back side protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member is attached to the exterior wall base member by the lower end exterior wall attachment member, and the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member and the upper end protruding portion of the lower exterior wall member at the abutting portion of the upper and lower exterior wall members are attached to an exterior wall base member by the exterior wall attachment member.
- According to the exterior wall member attachment member of the present invention, the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member is sandwiched and retained from the exterior side and the interior side by the first holding portion. The upper end protruding portion of the lower exterior wall member is sandwiched and retained from the exterior side and the interior side by the second holding portion. In addition, since the base portion is fixed by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into the exterior wall base member, the exterior wall member attachment member is allowed to rotate about the screw. Therefore, following interlayer deformation of a building framework due to, for example, an earthquake or the like, even when the exterior wall base member is displaced, the exterior wall member attachment member can rotate relative to the exterior wall base member, and the exterior wall member slides smoothly in the horizontal direction while maintaining the posture to follow the displacement of the exterior wall base member, so that it is possible to absorb the inclination of the building due to the earthquake, and prevent the exterior wall member from being damaged or falling off
- Furthermore, according to the exterior wall member attachment member of the present invention, since the base portion has a plurality of screw insertion holes side by side in the horizontal direction, the position where the exterior wall member attachment member is disposed can be shifted so as not to interfere with another member such as a backup member of a vertical joint.
- According to the lower end exterior wall member attachment member of the present invention, the back side protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member is sandwiched and retained from the exterior side and the interior side by the third holding portion. In the upper end protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member, since the second holding portion of the above-mentioned exterior wall member attachment member sandwiches and retains the upper end protruding portion from the exterior side and the interior side, the exterior wall member is allowed to be slightly displaced in the in-plane direction. Since the base portion is fixed by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into the exterior wall base member, the lower end exterior wall member attachment member is allowed to rotate about the screw. Therefore, following interlayer deformation of a building framework due to, for example, an earthquake or the like, even when the exterior wall base member is displaced, the lower end exterior wall member attachment member can rotate relative to the exterior wall base member, and the lowermost exterior wall member slides smoothly in the horizontal direction while maintaining the posture to follow the displacement of the exterior wall base member, so that it is possible to absorb the inclination of the building due to the earthquake, and prevent the exterior wall member from being damaged or falling off
- According to the exterior wall member attachment structure of the present invention, since the back side protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member is attached to the exterior wall base member by the lower end exterior wall member attachment member, and the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member and the upper end protruding portion of the lower exterior wall member at the abutting portion of the upper and lower exterior wall members are attached to the exterior wall base member by the exterior wall member attachment member, when interlayer deformation occurs due to an earthquake or the like, the exterior wall member smoothly is slid, and follows the displacement of the exterior wall base member, so that it is possible to absorb the inclination of the building due to the earthquake, and prevent the exterior wall member from being damaged or falling off.
