Abstract

A clothing accessory rack that includes a base, a vertical stem, a plurality of circular planar platforms and a stem top. A plurality of rings, a plurality of two-sided hooks, a plurality of ring diameters, a plurality of scarf rings, a plurality of ovals and a plurality of multiple-sided hooks coupled to an outer perimeter of each of the circular platforms. The circular planar platforms rotate from the rotation of the first means for rotating the vertical stem to provide a pleasant aesthetic appearance for the one or more objects or one or more items placed on top of the circular platforms.

Description

FIELD OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The present invention generally relates to a clothing rack. More specifically, the present invention relates to a clothing accessory rack.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

In the past, organizers for clothing accessories like scarves, ties, purses and hats forced the accessories to be arranged flat on vertical or horizontal structures inside a closet or other suitable area in a same plane. The prior art accessories organizer also did not work well on top of tables, cabinets or chests of drawers. In order for the accessories to be organized, stored, searched, compared or grouped, a person had to pull the entire organizer out first. Even then an accessory item was not easily located because the organizer sometimes made the accessories overlap with each other, making them harder to see and locate.
The above problems are not conducive to carrying out such activities as organizing, storing, searching, comparing or grouping the accessories while being able to view these accessories at a quick glance, where it was necessary to try and remove only one accessory at a time. However, removing one accessory at a time is also problematic since these accessories are often overlapped and more than one accessory item might be pulled-out inadvertently due to the friction between adjacent accessories.
What is needed is a clothing accessory rack that allows for removal of a single accessory without removing other accessories with it.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The present invention generally relates to a clothing rack. More specifically, the present invention relates to a clothing accessory rack.
The clothing accessory rack includes a base to allow the clothing accessory rack to stand upright without tilting or falling, a vertical stem rotated by a first means for rotating within the base, a plurality of circular planar platforms inserted through the vertical stem at a midpoint of each the circular planar platforms to allow one or more objects or one or more items to be placed on top of the circular platforms, the circular planar platforms rotate from the rotation of the first means for rotating the vertical stem to provide a pleasant aesthetic appearance for the one or more objects or one or more items placed on top of the circular planar platforms and a stem top serving to prevent a top of the vertical stem from damaging surrounding objects or items.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a clothing accessory rack that allows for removal of a single accessory without removing other accessories with it.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a clothing accessory rack that have a plurality of rings, a plurality of two-sided hooks, a plurality of ring diameters, a plurality of scarf rings, a plurality of ovals and a plurality of multiple-sided hooks coupled to an outer perimeter of each of the circular platforms.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a clothing accessory rack that have circular planar platforms rotate from the rotation of the first means for rotating the vertical stem to provide a pleasant aesthetic appearance for the one or more objects or one or more items placed on top of the circular platforms.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS

Various aspects of the illustrative embodiments will be described utilizing terms commonly employed by those skilled in the art to convey the substance of their work to others skilled in the art. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced with only some of the described aspects. For purposes of explanation, specific numbers, materials and configurations are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the illustrative embodiments. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without the specific details. In other instances, well-known features are omitted or simplified in order not to obscure the illustrative embodiments.
Various operations will be described as multiple discrete operations, in turn, in a manner that is most helpful in understanding the present invention however, the order of description should not be construed as to imply that these operations are necessarily order dependent. In particular, these operations need not be performed in the order of presentation.
The phrase “in one embodiment” is used repeatedly. The phrase generally does not refer to the same embodiment, however, it may. The terms “comprising”, “having” and “including” are synonymous, unless the context dictates otherwise.
FIG. 1A illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of rings 110, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The clothing accessory rack 100 may include a base 120, a vertical stem 130, a plurality of circular planar platforms 140 and a top 150.
The base 120 may be placed on a surface 122 to allow the clothing accessory rack 100 to stand upright without tilting or falling. The base 120 may also have a semi-circular shape 120A or other suitable shape for greater stability. The vertical stem 130 may be rotated by a first means for rotating 132 disposed within the base 120. The first means for rotating 132 of the vertical stem 130 may be a bearing washer system 132A placed within the base 120 or other suitable means for rotating. The circular planar platforms 140 may be inserted through the vertical stem 130 at a midpoint of each the circular planar platforms 140 to allow one or more objects or one or more items to be placed on top of the circular planar platforms 140. The one or more objects or one or more items may be the rings 110 or other one or more objects or one or more items. The circular planar platforms 140 may rotate from the rotation of the first means for rotating 132 the vertical stem 130 to provide a pleasant aesthetic appearance for the one or more objects or one or more items to be placed on top of the circular planar platforms 140. The circular planar platforms 140 may be equidistant from each other and the base 120, a variable distance from each other and the base 120 or any suitable distance from each other and the base 120. FIG. 1A illustrates two circular planar platforms 140, however there may be any suitable number of circular planar platforms 140. The rings 110 may be coupled to an outer perimeter 140B of each of the circular planar platforms 140 and may be removed and put back on the outer perimeter 140B of each of the circular planar platforms 140 as desired. The stem top 150 may serve to prevent the vertical stem 130 from damaging surrounding objects or items. The stem top 150 may serve as a handle to grasp and transport clothing accessory rack 100.
FIG. 1B illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of rings 110 and a plurality of two-sided hooks 160, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The rings 110 and the two-sided hooks 160 may both be coupled to an outer perimeter 140B of each of the circular planar platforms 140. The rings 110 and the two-sided hooks 160 may also be placed on top of the each of the circular planar platforms 140.
FIG. 1C illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of rings 110 and a plurality of two-sided hooks 160 and a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The horizontal linear extensions 170 may be attached to the outer perimeter 140B of each of the circular planar platforms 140. FIG. 1C illustrates the horizontal linear extensions 170 attached equidistance on the outer perimeter 140B of each of the circular planar platforms 140. The rings 110 and the two-sided hooks 160 may be coupled to the horizontal linear extensions 170 in any orientation.
FIG. 2A illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of rings having a plurality of ring diameters 112, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The rings having a plurality of ring diameters 112 may be coupled to the outer perimeter 140B of each of the circular planar platforms 140. The rings having a plurality of ring diameters 112 may be placed on top of the each of the circular planar platforms 140.
FIG. 2B illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of rings having a plurality of ring diameters 112 and a plurality of two-sided hooks 160, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The rings having a plurality of ring diameters 112, the rings having a descending layered orientation 180 and the two-sided hooks 160 may be coupled to the outer perimeter 140B of each of the circular planar platforms 140. The rings 110 having the ring diameters 112 may be placed on top of the each of the circular planar platforms 140.
FIG. 3 illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of scarf rings 190, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The scarf rings 190 may be coupled to one of the horizontal linear extensions 170. A scarf 192 may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 to hang the scarf 192 from each of the scarf rings 190.
FIG. 4 illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of rings 110, a plurality of two-sided hooks 160 and a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
A pair of the horizontal linear extensions 170 may be perpendicularly attached to the vertical stem 130 with one or more welds at any point along the vertical stem 130. The rings 110 and the two-sided hooks 160 may be coupled to the perpendicularly attached pair of the horizontal linear extensions 170. FIG. 4 illustrates two pair of the horizontal linear extensions 170 welded to the vertical stem 130 however any suitable number of pair of the horizontal linear extensions 170 may be welded to the vertical stem 130.
FIG. 5 illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of rings 110, a plurality of two-sided hooks 160 and a plurality of T-shaped stems 172, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The clothing accessory rack 100 may include the T-shaped stems 172 perpendicularly attached to a rectangular planar base 124. The T-shaped stems 172 may be different heights. FIG. 5 illustrates three of the T-shaped stems 172 perpendicularly attached to the rectangular planar base 124. The T-shaped stems 172 may each include a top horizontal portion 172A that the rings 110 and the two-sided hooks 160 are coupled to. The rectangular planar base 124 may include a second means for rotating 174 to provide a pleasant aestetic appearance for the rings 110 and the two-sided hooks 160. The second means for rotating 174 may be a bearing washer system 132A placed within the rectangular planar base 124 or other suitable second means for rotating.
FIG. 6A illustrates a plurality of ovals 115, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The ovals 115 may be coupled to the outer perimeter 140B of the circular planar platforms 140 or the horizontal linear extensions 170.
FIG. 6B illustrates a plurality of two-sided hooks 160, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The two-sided hooks 160 may be coupled to the outer perimeter 140B of the circular planar platforms 140 or the horizontal linear extensions 170.
FIG. 6C illustrates a plurality of L-shaped hooks 165, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The L-shaped hooks 165 may be coupled to the outer perimeter 140B of the circular planar platforms 140 or the horizontal linear extensions 170. The L-shaped hooks 165 may also be a double L-shaped hook 165A that may be coupled to the outer perimeter 140B of the circular planar platforms 140 or the horizontal linear extensions 170.
FIG. 7A illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of circular planar platforms 140 without a plurality of rings (not shown), in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The clothing accessory rack 100 may include a base 120, a vertical stem 130, a plurality of circular planar platforms 140 and a stem top 150.
FIG. 7B illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of circular planar platforms 140 with a plurality of single hooks 165 and a plurality of multiple-sided hooks 160, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The single hooks 165 and the multiple-sided hooks 160 may be coupled to the circular planar platforms 140 of the clothing accessory rack 100. The single hooks 165 and the multiple-sided hooks 160 may be any suitable number or in any suitable orientation.
FIG. 7C illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of circular planar platforms 140 with a plurality of rings 110 and a plurality of rings having a plurality of ring diameters 112, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The rings and the rings having a plurality of ring diameters 112 may be coupled to the circular planar platforms 140 of the clothing accessory rack 100. The rings and the rings having a plurality of ring diameters 112 may be any suitable number or in any suitable orientation.
FIG. 7D illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of circular planar platforms with a plurality of rings 110 in a parallel orientation 110A, a perpendicular orientation 110B and a descending layered orientation (FIG. 2B, 180), in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 8A illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170 without a plurality of hooks (not shown) or a plurality of rings (not shown), in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The horizontal linear extensions 170 may be welded together to the vertical stem 130 in a perpendicular orientation while extending horizontally from the vertical stem 130.
FIG. 8B illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170 with a plurality of multiple-sided hooks 160 and a plurality of single hooks 165, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The horizontal linear extensions 170 may be welded together to the vertical stem 130 in a perpendicular orientation while extending horizontally from the vertical stem 130. The multiple-sided hooks 160 and the single hooks 165 may be coupled to the horizontal linear extensions 170. FIG. 8B illustrates two horizontal linear extensions 170 with the multiple-sided hooks 160 coupled to a first horizontal extension 170A and the single hooks 165 coupled to a second horizontal extension 170B, although any suitable number of the horizontal linear extensions 170, the multiple-sided hooks 160 and the single hooks 165 may be welded and coupled to the clothing accessory rack 100.
FIG. 8C illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170 with a plurality of scarf rings 190 and a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The horizontal linear extensions 170 may be welded together to the vertical stem 130 in a perpendicular orientation while extending horizontally from the vertical stem 130. The scarf rings 190 may be coupled to the horizontal linear extensions 170 in a parallel orientation and may include a scarf 192 may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 to hang the scarf from each of the scarf rings 190. FIG. 8C illustrates two horizontal linear extensions 170 with the scarf rings 190 coupled to a first horizontal extension 170A and coupled to a second horizontal extension 170B, although any suitable number of the horizontal linear extensions 170 and scarf rings 190 may be welded and coupled to the clothing accessory rack 100.
FIG. 8D illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170 with a plurality of rings 110 and a plurality of scarf rings 190, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The horizontal linear extensions 170 may be welded together to the vertical stem 130 in a perpendicular orientation while extending horizontally from the vertical stem 130. The scarf rings 190 may be perpendicularly coupled to the horizontal linear extensions 170 and may include a scarf 192 may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 to hang the scarf 192 from each of the scarf rings 190. FIG. 8D illustrates two horizontal linear extensions 170 with the scarf rings 190 coupled to a first horizontal extension 170A and the scarf rings 190 with a scarf 192 may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 coupled to a second horizontal extension 170B, although any suitable number of the horizontal linear extensions 170 and scarf rings 190 may be welded and coupled to the clothing accessory rack 100.
FIG. 9A illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of T-shaped stems 172 without a plurality of rings (not shown) or a plurality of hooks (not shown) in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 9A illustrates three T-shaped stems 172 may include a first T-shaped structure 172A, a second T-shaped structure 172B and a third T-shaped structure 172C. The first T-shaped structure 172A, the second T-shaped structure 172B and the third T-shaped structure 172C may be perpendicularly mounted on a rectangular planar base (FIG. 5, 124). The first T-shaped structure 172A may be larger than the second T-shaped structure 172B which may be larger than the third T-shaped structure 172C.
FIG. 9B illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with plurality of T-shaped stems 172 with a plurality of multiple-sided hooks 160 and a plurality of single hooks 165, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The multiple-sided hooks 160 and the single hooks 165 may be coupled to the T-shaped stems 172. The T-shaped stems 172 may be decreasing in size. FIG. 9B illustrates three T-shaped stems 172 with the multiple-sided hooks 160 coupled to a first T-shaped structure 172A and the single hooks 165 coupled to a second T-shaped structure 172B. The first T-shaped structure 172A may be higher than the second T-shaped structure 172B.
FIG. 9C illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of T-shaped stems 172 with a plurality of scarf rings 190, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The scarf rings 190 may be coupled to the T-shaped stems 172. FIG. 9C illustrates three T-shaped stems 172 with the scarf rings 190 coupled to a first T-shaped structure 172A and to a second T-shaped structure 172B. More specifically, the scarf rings 190 may be coupled to the first T-shaped structure 172A and a plurality of larger scarf rings 190A may be coupled to the second T-shaped structure 172B.
FIG. 9D illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of T-shaped stems 172 with a plurality of scarf rings 190, a plurality of perpendicular scarf rings and a descending layered orientation (FIG. 2B, 180), in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The T-shaped stems 172 may have the scarf rings 190, a plurality of the scarf rings 190 with a scarf 192 that may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 and a descending layered orientation 180.
FIG. 10A illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170 in a staggered orientation, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The horizontal linear extensions 170 may be coupled to the vertical stem 130 and more specifically, the horizontal linear extensions 170 may be welded to the vertical stem 130. The horizontal linear extensions 170 may be tilted upward to keep an object or item on each of the horizontal linear extensions 170.
FIG. 10B illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of horizontal linear extensions 170 extending from three circular planar platforms 175, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 10C illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of layered circular planar platforms 175A, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The layered circular planar platforms 175A may each include a first planar circular extension 177 and a second planar circular extension 179. The first planar circular extension 177 may be set inside of the second planar circular extension 179. The second planar circular extension 179 may have a greater diameter than the first planar circular extension 177. The first planar circular extension 177 and the second planar circular extension 179 have a center portion that is inserted through the vertical stem 130. FIG. 10C illustrates three layered circular planar platforms 175A.
FIG. 11 illustrates a plurality of scarf rings 190 coupled to a circular ring extension 195, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The scarf rings 190 may include a scarf 192 that may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 to hang the scarf 192 from each of the scarf rings 190.
FIG. 12 illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of scarf rings 190 coupled to a horizontal extension 170, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The scarf rings 190 may include a scarf 192 that may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 to hang the scarf 192 from each of the scarf rings 190.
FIG. 13 illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of scarf rings 190 coupled to a circular ring extension 195, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The scarf rings 190 may be perpendicularly coupled to the circular ring extension 195. The scarf rings 190 may include a scarf 192 that may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 to hang the scarf 192 from each of the scarf rings 190.
FIG. 14 illustrates a clothing accessory rack 100 with a plurality of scarf rings 190 coupled sideways to a horizontal extension 170, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
The scarf rings 190 may include a scarf 192 that may be partially inserted through each of the scarf rings 190 to hang the scarf 192 sideway from each of the scarf rings 190.
While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention may be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A clothing accessory rack, comprising:

a base be placed on a flat surface to allow the clothing accessory rack to stand upright without tilting or falling;

a vertical stem rotated by a first means for rotating within the base;

a plurality of circular planar platforms inserted through the vertical stem at a midpoint of each the circular planar platforms to allow one or more objects or one or more items to be placed on top of the circular platforms, the circular planar platforms rotate from the rotation of the first means for rotating the vertical stem to provide a pleasant aesthetic appearance for the one or more objects or one or more items placed on top of the circular platforms; and

a stem top serving to prevent a top of the vertical stem from damaging surrounding objects or items.

2. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of rings coupled to an outer perimeter of each of the circular platforms.

3. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 2, further comprising a plurality of two-sided hooks and the rings coupled to the outer perimeter of each of the circular platforms.

4. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 3, further comprising a plurality of horizontal linear extensions attached to the outer perimeter of each of the circular platforms.

5. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 4, wherein the rings and the two-sided hooks are coupled to the horizontal linear extensions.

6. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of ring diameters coupled to the outer perimeter of each of the circular platforms.

7. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of rings having a descending layered orientation coupled to the outer perimeter of each of the circular platforms.

8. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of scarf rings coupled to one of the horizontal linear extensions.

9. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 8, further comprising a scarf partially inserted through each of the scarf rings to hang the scarf from each of the scarf rings.

10. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, wherein a pair of the horizontal linear extensions together be perpendicularly attached to the vertical stem with one or more welds at any point along the vertical stem.

11. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of T-shaped stems perpendicularly attached to a rectangular planar base.

12. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 11, wherein the T-shaped stems are different heights.

13. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 11, wherein the T-shaped stems each include a top horizontal portion that the rings and the two-sided hooks are coupled to.

14. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 11, wherein the rectangular planar base includes a second means for rotating the clothing accessory rack to provide a pleasant aesthetic appearance for the rings and the two-sided hooks.

15. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 14, wherein the first means for rotating and the second means for rotating is a bearing washer system placed within the rectangular planar base.

16. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of ovals coupled to the outer perimeter of the circular planar platforms or the horizontal linear extensions.

17. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of L-shaped hooks coupled to the outer perimeter of the circular planar platforms or the horizontal linear extensions.

18. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of multiple-sided hooks coupled to the outer perimeter of the circular planar platforms or the horizontal linear extensions.

19. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a first planar circular extension and a second planar circular extension, the first planar circular extension is set inside of the second planar circular extension and the second planar circular extension have a greater diameter than the first planar circular extension.

20. The clothing accessory rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of horizontal linear extensions in a staggered orientation that are welded to the vertical stem and are tilted upward.
