Description
- The present invention relates to a golf hat having an adjustable visor and, more specifically, to a golf hat having an adjustable visor, wherein sunlight containing a strong ultraviolet ray can be blocked from the side as well as from the front at the time of playing golf in an outdoor field, and both side portions of the bottom of the visor of the hat has an iron piece so that a golf tee or a marker including a magnet contacts and is fixed to the iron piece by magnetic force.
- In general, a hat with a visor is worn on the head to protect skin and sight from sunlight containing a strong ultraviolet ray and is configured to have a cap worn on the head and a visor formed to protrude forward from the cap so as to block sunlight.
- In addition, as a golf hat is usually worn in the outside, such a visor is needed. Also, at the time of playing golf, all kinds of equipment such as balls, clubs, markers, golf tees and gloves are additionally needed. Then, a gold player often uses a golf hat not only to block sunlight but also to attach the markers to a golf hat by using clips and magnets while playing golf.
- Technologies for forming a variety of attached hems on golf hats have been developed so that they can be used for various purposes.
- As a related art, Korean Utility Model No. 2000-0009394 (Jun. 5, 2000) discloses “GOLF HAT WITH POCKET”.
- The above-mentioned related art is characterized in that it has a pocket with a section capable of carrying various kinds of small tools such as
golf tees 5 and golfdivot tool knives 6, it is designed to sew the left and right of thepocket 3 and the lower end of the pocket together with the body of the hat by making theouter cover 11 of thepocket 3 have the same shape and size as those of the lower end of theside cloth 2, and it is designed to have elasticity by using double layered cloths 7 to make the hat, by putting PVC glue 8 between the double layered cloths and by processing the double layered cloths by means of hot pressing. - However, the above-mentioned related art has a problem in that there is a lack of productivity because sewing is a much needed process although it makes it easier for the
outer cover 11 of the pocket, designed to have the same shape and size as those of the lower end of theside cloth 2, to be sewn. - In addition, there is a lack of air permeability and a wearing sense although it has elasticity by using double layered cloths 7 to make a hat, by putting PVC glue 8 between the double layered cloths 7 and by processing the double layered cloths by means of hot pressing. In addition, in the state where a golf player is wearing the hat, it is difficult for long tools such as golf tees to be put into the above-mentioned
pocket 3. - The present invention is devised to solve the above-mentioned problems of the related art and is directed to providing a golf hat having an adjustable visor having a golf tee provided with a magnet attached to an iron piece put into an iron piece groove, which is effective in that the adjustable visor can be slid and output, if necessary, to block even the side of the face of a person wearing the hat from ultraviolet rays, and that forming a guide and an iron piece integrally at a visor board leads to a reduction in the number of parts used to manufacture hats, simplification in assembly processes and a significant reduction in production costs.
- As a means to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, a golf hat having an adjustable visor according to the present invention is a golf hat consisting of a cap worn on the head and a visor extended forward from the cap having: a fixed visor having a guide integrally formed at the bottom; a pair of adjustable visors consisting of a movable portion inserted into the guide and having a visor portion extended from the movable portion and sliding toward one side of the fixed visor to block sunlight; a visor cover, fixed at the front hem and the rear hem of the bottom of the fixed visor, for supporting the adjustable visor and wherein both side portions of the bottom of the fixed visor has an iron piece groove furrowed rectangularly and an iron piece put into the iron piece groove.
- The guide consists of either a depression type guide furrowed inwardly or a prominence type guide protruding outwardly.
- The depression type guide is formed as a guide path furrowed symmetrically to the middle of the fixed visor in the left and right directions and as a guide guard covering one side of the upper end of the guide path.
- The prominence type guide is formed as an angle to be formed symmetrically to the fixed visor in the front and rear directions and as an angle shaft vertically connecting the middle bottom of the fixed visor with the center of the angle.
- The movable portion consists of either a groove type movable portion having a guide groove formed at the center to be connected with the prominence type guide and to slide, or a flat movable portion having an extended piece extended toward both side portions formed at the end portion to be put into the depression guide and to slide.
- The golf hat having an adjustable visor has a
golf tee 40 having a magnetic portion formed in the middle of the golf tee in the direction of the shaft center so that the magnetic portion can be attached to the iron piece by magnetic force. - The magnetic portion consists of a plurality of magnet pieces attached closely to each other.
- As mentioned above, the effects of a golf hat having an adjustable visor according to the present invention are as follows.
- Firstly, an adjustable visor can be slid and output, if necessary, to block even the side of the face of a person wearing the hat from ultraviolet rays.
- Secondly, both side portions of the bottom of the fixed visor has an iron piece groove furrowed rectangularly and an iron piece put into the iron piece groove so that a player can play golf with a golf tee and a ball marker attached to the iron piece by magnetic force and can use them.
- Thirdly, provided is a depression type guide consisting of a guide path furrowed symmetrically to the center in the left and right directions and a guide guard covering the side of the upper portion of the guide path, so that the width of a fixed visor can be reduced thereby leading to a significant reduction in production costs.
