Abstract

The subject matter relates to a stylized layer for a cigarette packet, which is developed to fit the packet. It fits the packet recess, enclosing all the rear part and part of the side of the packet, and is provided with a rear wall with a cutout and an internal compartment housing an infrared insert emitting signals in the long infrared. The long-infrared insert has substances that allow a reduction in the level of nicotine and of various other elements harmful to the user's health, found in cigarettes. The user can stylize the packet, since the layer is able to receive promotional messages and be decorated. It allows the control of the substances entering the body, making it possible for the user, to give up smoking. The longer the time of contact between the layer and the packet, the more the level of nicotine and substances in cigarettes will diminish.

Description

  • The present object refers to a stylized cigarette pack cover, developed anatomically to fit a pack of cigarettes, surrounding the entire back and part of the sides of the pack, provided with a back wall with a cutout and an internal compartment which stores an infrared card that emits long infrared signals, which can be replaced when needed. The long infrared card has substances that allow the decrease of the level of nicotine and various other elements detrimental to the health of the user, which are present in the composition of cigarettes. In addition to being able to offer the user greater possibility of styling his package, since the cover can receive messages and promotional words and be decorated according to the user's preference, it also allows the control of the substances that enter the human body, allowing the user to reduce little by little his smoking habit.
  • This object is intended to offer the user a possibility never allowed before, which is: to smoke the cigarette of his preference, but knowing that the toxic and harmful substances will be reduced. As the exposure time of the cap with the pack is extended, the level of nicotine and cigarette substances within the pack decreases and this change is easily noticeable during cigarette consumption.
  • A single cigarette consists of several toxic substances, one of the most famous of them is nicotine, which is responsible for much of the user's addiction. Everyone knows how harmful cigarettes are to anyone's health, but people who are addicted have great difficulty stopping the habit, mainly because of the chemical dependence that it ends up causing in the human body.
  • Long infrared is already known and widely used for other purposes. However, brief laboratory studies prove their effectiveness in reducing nicotine and other harmful substances present in cigarettes, because the composition of the long infrared card directly influences the evaporation of such substances, which are usually added to the cigarette by the application of water infused with nicotine over the tobacco leaves.
  • Therefore, even without direct contact with the cigarette, but being dose by means of a cap that is fixed to the pack, the reduction of the harmful substances can be made in a gradual manner.
  • The size, thickness and composition of the card to be put on the cover may vary according to the size and the user's need and may be offered at various levels of activity.
  • Solution:
  • Therefore, thinking of solving such inconveniences and offering an unpublished cover that in addition to stylizing the cigarette pack that accompanies its consumer daily, also allows the level of nicotine and other substances to be gradually reduced, according to the time of exposure. The object in question was developed, presenting several benefits, among them:
      • Low cost;
      • Developed in a lightweight material;
      • It is easy to be transported and used;
      • The infrared card emits long infrared signals that gradually reduces the content of nicotine and various other substances in the cigarette;
      • Provides much more hygiene to the user;
      • Excellent cost benefit;
      • The cover may be stylized/personalized;
      • The user will need to buy only one cover, and may exchange its internal contents (infrared card) whenever he wishes, or according to the manufacturer's instructions;
      • It has a high marketing potential;
      • It is a product of common need;
      • May be developed in various materials;
      • May be developed in several formats;
      • May be developed in several sizes;
      • Allows Industrial execution;
      • It is an innovation worthy of this patent privilege.
