Abstract
The present invention is directed to a drum dishwasher, the washing method is completely different from the existing dishwasher, washing-up is through push the tableware that is distributed freely and is immersed in water to produce relative motion with the water, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Its characteristic structure comprising: drum (101) for placing and driving tableware, wrapped around the drum (101) for water filled bucket (111), support and drive system, control system, and so on.
Description
- The present invention relates to a drum dishwasher, in particular to a washing method of the tableware, which is achieved by driving the tableware of immersion in water to produce relative movement with the water. A container for placing tableware and driving tableware movement called drum.
-
FIG. 1 shows the according to the existing technology of traditional dishwasher, it belongs to spray type. As shown in figure in, traditional dishwasher comprising: ahousing 3, awashing nozzle device 1, placing tableware holder 2, in order to ensure the tableware can be cleaned and all tableware must be classified according to the requirements put in corresponding tableware placed racks, tableware placed frame design ensures the required put the tableware can be shower nozzle flush, so as to ensure the cleaning effect. However, because of the traditional dishwasher every dishwashing need to spend the time to put tableware, this process is time-consuming is a major cause of limiting the dishwasher promotion, especially in commercial applications. - The present invention is directed to a drum dishwasher, washing method which does not depend entirely on the flushing water of particular flushing device, does not need to be appropriately placed at a certain position of tableware frame, just randomly placed in the drum, i.e. tableware can be cleaned, thus greatly reducing the time for manual intervention, suitable for dishwashers made of residential and commercial areas.
- To achieve these and other benefits, according to the intention of the present invention, as in this specific instance and a general description, the present invention provides a drum dishwasher (
FIG. 4 ). Included (FIG. 5 ); abucket 111, adrum 101, a support and drive; fixed to thehousing 401 of thebuckets 111, adrum 101 for holding tableware, Thedrum 101 is supported on abearing 113 fixed to thebucket 111 through aaxis 108, thedrive motor 206 is connected to theaxis 108drive drum 101 rotation, the rotational speed of thedrum 101 based on the size varies. Tableware in adrum 101 driven by the lifting device of thedrum 101 from the bottom up movement to a certain height, under the influence of its own gravity and falling down, such a process repeated to finish the tableware clean. In special applications, in order to speed up the cleaning process, you can gradually increase the speed of the drum until the tableware under the action of centrifugal force leaning against the drum. - The
drum 101 its features for a hollow and with hole of drum-shaped box, thedrum 101 in a end department has a opening for placing and taking out the tableware, another end equip with supports anddrive axis 108; itsaxis 108drive drum 101 turned;drum 101 within fixed has lifting device for driving the tableware movement. - The lifting device is typically a flat baffle, also can be other form baffle; according to varying the size of the
drum 101, lifting device can be one or more. - The
buckets 111 referred to above, in order to reduce water consumption per wash, the shape of thebuckets 111 to adapt to the shape of thedrum 101 and as close to thedrum 101 as possible in the case of the wrapped arounddrum 101; to collect the cleaning out of the residue, the bottom of thebucket 111 is provided with a groove for collecting the residue, the groove connected to the drain, convenient drainage residue discharges. - The
drum 101 of the present invention is a drum-shaped box, to ensure that cleaning out residue can be easily drained away, the holes of the box under the premise of ensuring the tableware will not be leaked out should be as large as possible . In addition, thedrum 101 is equipped with two lifting devices and lifting devices installed oppositely in thedrum 101, driven tableware movement. Lifting devices can take many forms, typically a flat baffle, and another Chinese eight-shaped baffle (FIG. 3 ). The opening of thedrum 101 is in the end of the drum 101(FIG. 2 ), and the center of the drum opening is the same as theaxis 108. -
FIG. 1 a typical traditional dishwasher front Sectional view; -
FIG. 2 drum; -
FIG. 3 lifting device; -
FIG. 4 a drum dishwasher appearance; -
FIG. 5 a drum dishwasher side Sectional view. - Press the start switch to start a complete washing process, the control system will first testing whether
door 201 has been closed, such as a closed, open theinlet valve 301 adding water. Water level detection switch detects if the water level reaches the specified level (typically water level close to or even exceed the top point of the drum 101), after reaching the specified level to close theinlet valve 301 and start thedrive motor 206 while the control system detects if the water temperature reaches the set temperature has not reached the heater is turned on until the water temperature reaches a predetermined temperature.Drive motor 206 drives thedrum 101 rotated, the tableware inside thedrum 101 is driven by lifting device, from the bottom to the top of thedrum 101, then the tableware fall under its own weight, so the cycle, up and down tableware in the process with warm water rubbing against each other, the longer, the more clean. To the scheduled time, control system makes drivingmotor 206 into a swing state, drivedrum 101 at an angle with the vertical direction swing, and then open thedrain valve 302, when after the water has been drained, close thedrain valve 302, re-open thewater inlet valve 301. The process repeats several times, completed the tableware cleaning process, start heating sterilization procedures, to a preset temperature and time, end the wash cycle. - Applications for the protection of the present invention include, but are not limited to the above-mentioned characteristics of the case, simply change any skilled in the art based on the present invention made are subject to patent restrictions (such as drum shape, opening position, supporting and driving modes, internal structure, etc).
