Abstract
The present disclosure illustrates a spray nozzle having a brush. The spray nozzle includes a main body which has a flow channel disposed therein. The main body includes a first end and a second end. The flow channel has at least one inlet at the first end for inputting air flow, and multiple outlets at the second end for outputting the air flow. A brush part is disposed at the second end and has a plurality of brush hairs. According to such structure, the air flow is sprayed between the brush hairs, and the air flow and the brush hairs are cooperatively functioned to remove dust.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present disclosure relates to a structure of a spray nozzle, more particularly to a spray nozzle having a brush.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- In general, a spray nozzle is usually connected to an air compression machine, and an air flow is sprayed from the spray nozzle to blast dust. However, the common spray nozzle has a spraying outlet with a smaller diameter, so an area to be sprayed once by the spray nozzle is limited, and such spray nozzle has a drawback of time consumption in usage. On the other hand, using gas to blast the dust may generate air turbulence at a corner and strength of blowing the dust is weakened, it results in the poor clean effect, and a brush is also used to clean the dust if necessary.
- Therefore, how to solve aforesaid problems is an important topic in the present disclosure.
- A primary objective of the present disclosure is to provide a spray nozzle having brush. A brush is disposed at an outlet of the spray nozzle, an air flow can be sprayed from the gaps between the brush hairs to blast dust, and the brush can be also used to clean the dust. Therefore, the effect of cleaning dust can be improved by the cooperative operation of the spray nozzle and the brush.
- To achieve the objective, the present disclosure illustrates a spray nozzle having a brush. The spray nozzle includes a main body which includes a first end and a second end, and a connector is disposed at the first end. The main body is provided with a flow channel disposed therein, the flow channel is provided with at least one inlet at the connector for inputting an air flow, and the flow channel is provided with multiple outlets at the second end for outputting the air flow. The second end is provided with a brush member.
- Preferably, the flow channel is provided with two inlets at the connector, and directions of the two inlets are perpendicular to each other.
- In an embodiment, the brush member includes a connecting member, and the brush member is provided with a plurality of brush hairs at an end thereof and provided with a sleeving port formed at other end thereof to be sleeved onto the second end of the main body. The outlets are extended between the brush hairs. The main body is provided with a flange which is closely abutted against the sleeving port of the connecting member.
- In other embodiment, multiple connecting holes are formed at the second end, the brush member includes a plurality of brush hairs, and ends of the brush hairs are fastened in the connecting holes respectively. Preferably, the brush hairs can be collected respectively to form multiple brush hair tufts, and brush hair tufts are fastened into the connecting holes one by one.
- The detailed structure, operating principle and effects of the present disclosure will now be described in more details hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings that show various embodiments of the present disclosure as follows.

FIG. 10 is section view of the spray nozzle of theFIG. 8 taken along a line B-B. - Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Therefore, it is to be understood that the foregoing is illustrative of exemplary embodiments and is not to be construed as limited to the specific embodiments disclosed, and that modifications to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, as well as other exemplary embodiments, are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the inventive concept to those skilled in the art. The relative proportions and ratios of elements in the drawings may be exaggerated or diminished in size for the sake of clarity and convenience in the drawings, and such arbitrary proportions are only illustrative and not limiting in any way. The same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.
- It will be understood that, although the terms ‘first’, ‘second’, ‘third’, etc., may be used herein to describe various elements, these elements should not be limited by these terms. The terms are used only for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another component. Thus, a first element discussed below could be termed a second element without departing from the teachings of embodiments. As used herein, the term “or” includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
- Please refer to
FIG. 1 throughFIG. 4 which show a first embodiment of a spray nozzle having a brush in accordance with the present disclosure. The spray nozzle includes amain body 1 which includes afirst end 11 and asecond end 12. Aconnector 13 is disposed at thefirst end 11. In this embodiment, the two ends are disposed at two opposite sides of themain body 1. - The
main body 1 is provided with aflow channel 14 disposed therein, and theflow channel 14 is provided with at least one inlet at theconnector 13, and thesecond end 12 is provided withmultiple outlets 16. In this embodiment, themain body 1 is in a broom head-like shape, and the distribution of theflow channel 14 inside themain body 1 is shown in theFIG. 3 andFIG. 4 . Aninlet 15 is disposed at theconnector 13, and theflow channel 14 is extended transversely toward two sides of theconnector 13 after theinlet 15. Thesecond end 12 is provided with fouroutlets 16 and communicated with the outside via theoutlets 16. Therefore, themain body 1 can be connected to a gas supply source (such as a gas spray gun) via theinlet 15, and the gas supply source provides an air flow to enter theflow channel 14 via theinlet 15 and the air flow is then sprayed out via theoutlets 16. - On the other hand, the
main body 1 is connected with abrush member 2 at thesecond end 12 thereof. In this embodiment, thebrush member 2 is formed by a connectingmember 21 and a plurality ofbrush hairs 23. In detail, one of ends of the connectingmember 21 is fastened with the plurality ofbrush hairs 23 protruded out of the connectingmember 21, and asleeving port 22 is formed at other end of the ends of the connectingmember 21 to be sleeved onto thesecond end 12 of themain body 1. In the other word, thesecond end 12 has a size slightly smaller than thesleeving port 22 of the connectingmember 21, so thesecond end 12 can be inserted into thesleeving port 22 and theoutlets 16 are inserted between thebrush hairs 23 respectively, as shown inFIG. 4 . Please also refer to theFIG. 2 , themain body 1 is provided with aflange 17 disposed correspondingly to thesleeving port 22. After thesleeving port 22 is sleeved into thesecond end 12, thesleeving port 22 is abutted against theflange 17 closely, so as to seal thesleeving port 22. On the other hand, the connectingmember 21 is provided withmultiple screw holes 24 near thesleeving port 22, andscrews 25 are respectively penetrated thescrew holes 24 and fastened in themain body 1, whereby the connectingmember 21 and themain body 1 can be fastened integratedly. - According to aforesaid structure, the
brush member 2 is fastened on themain body 1, and when themain body 1 is connected with the gas supply source to input the air flow, the air flow is passed through theflow channel 14 inside themain body 1 and sprayed out via the fouroutlets 16. Furthermore, the air flow is sprayed out between thebrush hairs 23 to blast the dust. - Apart from the function of the traditional spray nozzle, the spray nozzle of the present disclosure has an advantage of cooperative operation of the spray nozzle and the
brush member 2, that is, while the air flow is used to blast the dust, thebrush member 2 can be also used to assist the dust clean, whereby function of the dust removal can be improved. On the other hand, when the air flow is irregularly moved at a dead end of an object structure and the strength of blasting the dust is weakened, thebrush member 2 can be used to clean the dead end, so as to ensure the effect of dust removal. - Please refer to
FIG. 5 which shows a second embodiment of the present disclosure. A difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that theconnector 13 of themain body 1 is provided with twoinlets inlets FIG. 6 andFIG. 7 . One of the twoinlets gas spray gun 4 shown inFIG. 6 andFIG. 7 ), and the other is sealed by a block member (not shown in FIGs). Therefore, the spray nozzle can be operated in a way the same as the first embodiment. An advantage of the second embodiment is that theinlets gas spray gun 4 in different direction, and the inlet to be connected with thegas spray gun 4 can be changed upon practical usage demand, so that the direction of spraying the air flow and an the operation angle of thebrush member 2 can be adjusted correspondingly to the environment space, and the usage convenience can be improved. - The present disclosure further provides a third embodiment as shown in
FIG. 8 through theFIG. 10 . In the third embodiment, the spray nozzle includes amain body 5 which includes afirst end 51 and asecond end 52. Aconnector 53 is disposed at thefirst end 51. In this embodiment, the two ends are disposed at two opposite sides of themain body 5. - The
main body 5 is provided with aflow channel 54 therein, and theflow channel 54 is provided withinlets connector 53, and thesecond end 52 is provided withmultiple outlets 56. In this embodiment, themain body 5 is in a broom head-like shape, and the distribution of theflow channel 54 inside themain body 1 is shown in theFIG. 9 , twoinlets connector 53, and the directions of the twoinlets inlets flow channel 54 is extended transversely toward two sides of theconnector 13. Thesecond end 52 is provided with fouroutlets 56 and communicated with the outside via theoutlets 56. Therefore, themain body 5 is connected with a gas supply source (such as a gas spray gun) via one of theinlets flow channel 54 via theinlets 55A or theinlet 55B, and the air flow is then sprayed out via theoutlets 56. - On the other hand, the
main body 5 is connected with a brush member 6 at thesecond end 52 thereof. In this embodiment, thesecond end 52 is provided with multiple connectingholes 57 concavely disposed at an end surface thereof, as shown inFIG. 10 . The connectingholes 57 are not communicated with theflow channel 54. The brush member 6 includes a plurality of brush hairs, some brush hairs are collected as a tuft, so that a plurality ofbrush hair tufts 61 can be formed. Thebrush hair tufts 61 are disposed in the connectingholes 57 respectively. An end of thebrush hair tuft 61 is fastened in one of the connectingholes 57, and other end is extended out of the connectinghole 57, so that outlets can be hidden between thebrush hair tufts 61. - According to aforesaid structure, the
brush hair tufts 61 are fastened on themain body 5 which is used as the spray nozzle, so that the cooperative operation of the spray nozzle and the brush member 6 described in the previous two embodiments can be achieved, and the effect of dust removal can be improved. Moreover, the gas spray gun can be respectively assembled with theinlets - The above-mentioned descriptions represent merely the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, without any intention to limit the scope of the present disclosure thereto. Various equivalent changes, alternations or modifications based on the claims of present disclosure are all consequently viewed as being embraced by the scope of the present disclosure.
Claims (6)
1. A spray nozzle having a brush, comprising a main body which comprises a first end and a second end, a connector disposed at the first end, the main body provided with a flow channel disposed therein, the flow channel provided with at least one inlet at the connector for inputting an air flow and provided with multiple outlets at the second end for outputting the air flow, and the second end provided with a brush member.
2. The spray nozzle as defined in claim 1 , wherein the flow channel is provided with two inlets at the connector, and directions of the two inlets are perpendicular to each other.
3. The spray nozzle as defined in claim 1 , wherein the brush member comprises a connecting member, and the brush member is provided with a plurality of brush hairs at an end thereof and provided with a sleeving port formed at other end thereof to be sleeved onto the second end of the main body, and the outlets are located between the brush hairs.
4. The spray nozzle as defined in claim 3 , wherein the main body is provided with a flange which is abutted against the sleeving port of the connecting member closely.
5. The spray nozzle as defined in claim 1 , wherein the second end is provided with multiple connecting holes, the brush member comprises a plurality of brush hairs, and ends of the brush hairs are fastened in the multiple connecting holes respectively.
6. The spray nozzle as defined in claim 5 , wherein the brush hairs are collected respectively to form multiple brush hair tufts, and the multiple brush hair tufts are fastened into the connecting holes one by one.
