When the user pulls the controllingportion 45, thedriving cable 44 drives thecrank 422 to swing, and the protrusion of thecrank 422 presses the shiftingportion 412 of themovable shaft 411 so that themovable shaft 411 extends outwardly to drive the slidingrack 31 and a rear end of thesitting assembly 20 to lift upwardly, thus adjusting the tilted angle. When desiring to descend the slidingrack 31 and the rear end of thesitting assembly 20, the controllingportion 45 is pulled, and the user presses themovable shaft 411 to retract into thecylinder 41 by using his/her weight. - The
foot support 50 is expandable and retractable and is mounted on the front end of theframe 10 to support the user's feet. Thefoot support 50 includes twoouter tubes 55 secured between the two supportingtubes 12, twoholding tubes 51, afirst holder 52, asecond holder 53, and astopper 60. Two sides of a first end of thefirst holder 52 are rotatably connected with the twoholding tubes 51, and a second end of thefirst holder 52 is rotatably coupled with twofixing bolts 54, such that thefirst holder 52 and thesecond holder 53 are rotatably folded 90 degrees, and thefirst holder 52 and the twoholding tubes 51 are rotatably folded 90 degrees. It is to be noted that as folding thefirst holder 52 and thesecond holder 53 or thefirst holder 52 and the twoholding tubes 51, a toothed locking component (not shown) is employed to position the twoholding tubes 51, thefirst holder 52, and thesecond holder 53, and since the toothed locking component is a well-known art, further remarks are omitted. The twoholding tubes 51 are inserted into the twoouter tubes 55 so that when thefoot support 50 is used, the twoholding tubes 51 are expended or retracted. One of the twoouter tubes 55 has a throughhole 551 defined thereon, and eachholding tube 51 hasplural positioning openings 511 equidistantly arranged thereon to match with thestopper 60 to position thefoot support 50. - The
stopper 60 is fixed on one of the two sides of theframe 10 and includes abody 61 disposed on theframe 10, an affixingpillar 62 inserted through thebody 61 and extending to one of the twoouter tubes 55 which has the throughhole 551, and a secondresilient element 63. Thebody 61 has aslope portion 611 defined on an outer edge thereof, and the affixingpillar 62 has ahandle 621 extending outwardly from one end thereof, such that thehandle 621 is pushed by the secondresilient element 63 to abut against theslope portion 611. When desiring to extend thefoot support 50 outwardly, thehandle 621 is pulled by the user to move outwardly along theslope portion 611, and the affixingpillar 62 is driven by thehandle 621 to move away from one of theplural positioning openings 511 and to position on anapex 612 of an outer edge of theslope portion 611, such that the twoholding tubes 51 of thefoot support 50 are extended to a desired length, thereafter thehandle 621 is pulled to move away from theapex 612, and the affixingpillar 62 is pushed by the secondresilient element 63 to insert into the throughhole 551 and one of theplural positioning openings 511, thus fixing the foot support 50 (as illustrated inFIGS. 8 and 9 ). - Thereby, the user's feet are placed on the
foot support 50 to exert force so that thesitting assembly 20 slides to exercise the user's feet, wherein thesitting assembly 20 slides horizontally or thesitting assembly 20 is adjusted by the vertical moving unit 40 to slide obliquely, thus increasing exercise exertion. Preferably, the vertical moving unit 40 lifts upwardly to push the user to stand up easily. In addition, thefoot support 50 is movably adjusted based on using heights, for example, as shown inFIGS. 13 to 15 , the twoholding tubes 51 are pulled outwardly, and thefirst holder 52 is folded to a horizontal angle, then thesecond holder 53 is folded to 90 degrees. As desiring to collapse thefoot support 50, thesecond holder 53 is rotatably folded onto thefirst holder 52, and the twoholding tubes 53 are retracted into the twoouter tubes 55, thus collapsing thefoot support 50 easily. - While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
