- Curtains are a common item used to decorate rooms, and can be hung from windows, around tables, around beds, etc. However, most traditional curtain hangers are either difficult to mount, or do not allow the curtains to be easily interchanged. Typically, either a detachable portion of the curtain hanger, or the entire curtain hanger must be removed from the hanging surface in order to change the curtains. This can be both time consuming and downright frustrating for many individuals looking to replace their curtains, and can often discourage an individual for changing their curtains in order to redecorate. Another issue with traditional curtain hangers is that they are limited with respect to certain sizes. For example, many windows have a uniform width range, which allows curtain hangers to be designed for a few select window sizes. However, atypical windows often require custom hangers that can be hard to find, or that can be more costly.
