Abstract

A paper folding method and device for manufacturing filter cartridges. The device consists of a paper feeding mechanism and a paper receiving-folding mechanism. The paper receiving-folding mechanism is mounted oppositely by two groups of conveyer belts (7, 8) provided With a plurality of protruding parallel sheets. Papers are fed by the paper feeding mechanism in accordance with the paper folding height and speed. Two groups of protruding parallel sheets in the receiving-folding mechanism grip the filter paper alternately to receive and fold the paper. The paper folding height can be adjusted by adjusting the relative height of the protruding parallel sheets in the two groups of conveyer belts of the receiving-folding mechanism. The conveyer belts can move in a direction rapidly with an increasing speed. The device can manufacture different specification paper folding of all kinds of filter cartridges, and the production efficiency can be improved.

Description

  • BACKGROUND
  • Currently, paper folding production of filter (air filter, fuel filter and oil filter) cartridges only adopts reciprocating type paper folding machines and drum type paper folding machines.
  • DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Technical Problems
  • Wherein the paper folding height of the drum type paper folding machines is determined by drums, and filter cartridges with different specifications must be manufactured by corresponding drums thereof, so that the drums are very difficult to commonly use, filter manufacturers are bound to increase investment in equipment, and expand manufacturing sites, meanwhile decrease in the utilization ratio of equipment is caused While relatively advanced reciprocating type paper folding machines include a numerical-control filter cartridge paper folding machine which adopts two alternating-current servo motors for driving a paper feeding roller and a paper rolling knife, so that the manufacturing efficiency of the filter paper folding machines is improved. However, as inserting sheets conduct reciprocating motion for receiving paper, the reciprocating; type paper folding machines is limited in speed. Moreover, the adjustment for the inserting sheets is very time-consuming when the folding height is changed.
  • Solution to the Problems Technical Solution
  • In order to overcome the defects of the existing, paper folding machines, the present invention aims at providing a paper folding method and device for manufacturing filter cartridges, which are capable of conveniently carrying out paper folding manufacturing for filter cartridges with all kinds of varieties and specifications, and increasing the productivity. The technical scheme for solving the technical problems adopted by the present invention s as follows: during paper folding for manufacturing filter cartridges, a method of gripping filter paper to move alternately by two groups of protruding parallel sheets with conveyer belts provided with a plurality of protruding parallel sheets is adopted for achieving paper receiving and folding. The device consists of a paper feeding mechanism and a paper receiving-folding mechanism, and is characterized in that the paper receiving-folding mechanism is mounted oppositely by two groups of conveyer belts provided with a plurality of protruding parallel sheets. During work, paper is fed by the paper feeding mechanism in accordance with the paper folding height and speed, and the protruding parallel sheets in the two groups of conveyer belts in the paper receiving-folding mechanism receive the paper alternately. The received paper is smooth and uniform The paper folding height can be adjusted by adjusting the intersection height of the protruding parallel sheets in the two groups of conveyer belts of the paper receiving-folding mechanism, thus being convenient and quick.

PREFERRED EXAMPLES FOR IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION Preferred Embodiments of the Present Invention
  • FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are structure diagrams of a first example of the present invention, in the figures, a front paper feeding roller set (3) is arranged behind a paper guide stick (1), a lower conveyer belt (7), an upper conveyer belt (8), a conveyer belt position adjusting mechanism (9) and a heating device (15) are arranged on the paper receiving-folding mechanism, and a paper placing platform (13) is arranged at the back, The paper feeding rollers and the conveyer belts can be driven by separate motors.
  • During work, filter paper passes through the front paper feeding roller set (3) at a specified position by the paper guide stick (1), and then enters the paper receiving-folding mechanism formed by the intersection of protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8), the intersection height of the protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8) is adjusted to conform to an order, and a paper feeding speed is also adjusted to conform to a paper receiving speed. Meanwhile, paper folding is heated and sized by using the heating device (15). In this way, the circumference of the paper feeding roller and the protruding parallel sheets of the conveyer belts all conduct linear motion, and their speeds can be adjusted to be very high, so that the paper folding efficiency can be very high. in addition, as the filter paper folding height can be controlled only by adjusting the intersection height of the protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8), the operation is convenient.
