Description
- The present invention relates to a safe shoe sole which is replaced based on using requirement.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , a conventionalsafe shoe 10 contains avamp 11, a sole 12 fixed on a bottom end of thevamp 11, and aprotective cover 13 covered around a head end of thevamp 11 and made of metal material, such that thesafe shoe 10 protects the user's toes and foot. - However, such a
safe shoe 10 has the following defects: -
- 1. The
protective cover 13 is covered around the head end of thevamp 11, so it cannot be replaced based on using requirement. - 2. Since the
protective cover 13 is covered around the head end of thevamp 11, thesafe shoe 10 is accordingly manufactured at high cost. - 3. The sole is not made of metal material, so a sharp object will pierce user's foot.
- 1. The
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a safe shoe sole which is replaced based on using requirement.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a safe shoe sole which is simplified and is manufactured at lower cost.
- To obtain the above objective, a safe shoe sole provided by the present invention contains: a body, a protective cover, and a lining member.
- The body includes a first sole layer formed on a top end thereof, a second sole layer arranged on a bottom end thereof, and a protecting sole layer defined between the first sole layer and the second sole layer.
- The protective cover is fixed around a peripheral side of a front end of the body and includes a receiving chamber defined therein and an opening formed on a rear end thereof.
- The lining member is mounted on an inner surface of the protective cover and extends toward the opening of the protective cover.
- The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a conventional safe shoe. -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the exploded components of a safe shoe sole according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the assembly of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view showing the assembly of a part of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view showing the operation of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 6 is another cross sectional view showing the operation of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 7 is also another cross sectional view showing the operation of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. - With reference to
FIGS. 2-4 , asafe shoe sole 20 according to a preferred embodiment comprises: abody 21, aprotective cover 22, and alining member 23. Thebody 21 includes a firstsole layer 211 formed on a top end thereof, a secondsole layer 212 arranged on a bottom end thereof, and a protectingsole layer 213 defined between the firstsole layer 211 and the secondsole layer 212. In this embodiment, the protectinglayer 213 is made of metal material or a fiberboard, and a pullingmember 214, is disposed on a rear end of thebody 21 so that thebody 21 is removed by pulling thepulling member 214. Theprotective cover 22 is fixed around a peripheral side of a front end of thebody 21 and includes areceiving chamber 221 defined therein. The protectingcover 22 also includes an opening 222 formed on a rear end thereof so as to insert user's toes. In this embodiment, theprotective cover 22 is made of metal material or a fiberboard. Thelining member 23 is mounted on an inner surface of theprotective cover 22 and extends toward the opening 222 of theprotective cover 22 so as to prevent theprotective cover 22 from contacting the user's toes directly and to enhance wearing comfort. In this embodiment, thelining member 23 is made of fabric or leather and includes aninsulation piece 231 fixed between thelining member 23 and the opening 222 of theprotective cover 22, and theinsulation piece 231 is made of plastic material, such that theprotective cover 22 does not contact the user's toes directly, thus obtaining wearing comfort. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , as working in construction site or a factory, aninsole 31 is removed from theshoe 30, and then thesafe shoe sole 20 is fitted into theshoe 30, thereafter theinsole 31 of theshoe 30 is placed on thebody 21 of thesafe shoe sole 20, such that theprotective cover 22 prevents a falling object from injuring the user's toes, and the protectingsole layer 213 of thebody 21 avoids a sharp object stabbing foot. Furthermore, in the producing process of thesafe shoe sole 20, theprotective cover 22 does not completely cover thesafe shoe sole 20 so as to save production cost. Also, thesafe shoe sole 20 is fitted into theshoe 30 so as to protect the user's foot and toes by ways of theprotective cover 22 and the protectingsole layer 213. - With reference to
FIGS. 6 and 7 , the pullingmember 214 of thebody 21 is pulled outwardly so as to remove thesafe shoe sole 20 from theshoe 30, and then theinsole 31 is put on theinsole 30, thus wearing theshoe 30 without thesafe shoe sole 20. Accordingly, thesafe shoe sole 20 is replaced based on using requirement. - While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
