  • [FIG. 4] It is front elevation view concerning FIG. 1.
  • [FIG. 5] It is a perspective diagram showing an example of the use form of the bag hanger of the present invention.
  • THE FORM TO IMPLEMENT THE INVENTION
  • Here is an explanation about the invention in detail while referring to FIG. 1-5. In addition, the present invention shall not be limited to the specific example of use shown in the drawing, but could be variously changed depending on the purpose and the use.
  • The bag hanger involved in this invention consists of a connecting part, a support part, which is connected to the above-mentioned connecting part and stands on one end of the above-mentioned connecting part perpendicular to the above-mentioned connecting part and is for placement on a table board, and a hook part, which is connected to the above-mentioned connecting part and stands on the other end of the above-mentioned connecting part facing the above-mentioned support part and perpendicular to the above-mentioned connecting part, and is for hanging the bag, while, the above-mentioned connecting part, the above-mentioned support part and the above-mentioned hook part are so characterized by being formed by covering rod-shaped metal cores with a soft material capable of elastic deformation.
  • For example, the bag hanger 1, an embodiment of this invention as is shown in the FIG. 1, is a bag hanger (1) being obtained from: a connecting part (10), a support part (20), which is connected to above-mentioned connecting part (10) and stands on one end of the above-mentioned connecting part (10) perpendicular to the above-mentioned connecting part (10) and is for placement on a table board, and a hook part (30) , which is connected to the above-mentioned connecting part and stands on the other end of the above-mentioned connecting part (10) facing the above-mentioned support part (20) and perpendicular to the above-mentioned connecting part (10), and is for hanging the bag, while, the above-mentioned connecting part (10), the above-mentioned support part (20) and the above-mentioned hook part (30) are formed by covering rod-shaped metal cores with a soft material capable of elastic deformation.
  • [1] Connecting part
  • The above-mentioned “connecting part” plays a role to connect the support part and the connecting part. As far as the support part and the connecting part are connected, there will be no limitation in particular in the form of “connection.” Although the connecting part may be formed in a unitary forming with the support part, it is desirable that the support part (20) and the hook part (30) are connected by the hinge parts (40), so that it can be rotated just like the connecting part (10) as shown, for example, in FIG. 1. With this, it can be folded-up, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), where the gap part for insertion 60 is formed by and between the support part (20) and the hook part (30), for example, so that it can be inserted in the marginal edge part of the pocket of a bag to be carried.
  • In addition, as far as the hinge parts can be rotated, there is no limitation in particular of the shape of the hinge parts and it is shown in FIG. 2 (a) and (b), by inserting the pin 40 a in the hinge parts (40) to be caulked at the upper and lower side, so that the hinge parts can be rotatable but is fixed at the point of the hinge pin.
  • The connecting part is formed by covering rod-shaped metal cores with a soft material capable of elastic deformation.
  • As shown in the FIG. 2( a) for example, the connecting part (10) is formed by covering rod-shaped metal cores (15) with a soft material. Although the word “rod-shaped” usually means a shape of a liner stick, it may be somewhat rounded. Or it may be partially curvy.
  • The material which constitutes the metal core is not particularly limited, for which, therefore, iron, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, an alloy, etc. can be used.
  • The above-mentioned “covering” does not always need to cover all surfaces of the connecting part, it can be included also when having been exposed in part.
  • As shown in FIG. 2 (b) for example, the projecting portion (22) of the support part (20) and the projecting portion (32) of the hook part (30) are the exposed metal cores. Because the locking part (10 a) and the locking part (10 b) of the connecting part (10) are the exposed metal cores, in the implementation state as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the projecting portion (22) and the projecting portion (32) contact and press each other to the metal locking parts (10 b) and (10 a), respectively, so that more secure locking can be provided.
  • The ingredient of the above-mentioned “soft material” is not particularly limited, however, thermoplastic elastomer resin (TPE) can be used as an example.
  • Safety can be secured by covering with soft material, and also design characteristics can be added to the injection molding by inserting a metal core in it, such as making of a form of glasses, as shown in FIG. 1 for example. In this example, there is an unpredictability which cannot assume that it is a bag hanger, with which the audience can be pleased.
  • Specifically, in the case where thermoplastic elastomer is used for the above-mentioned soft material, there is an advantage that it can be quickly processed by the ejection molding and suitably utilized.
  • [2] Supporting part
  • The above-mentioned “supporting part” is a part which is connected to the above-mentioned connecting part and stands on one end of the above-mentioned connecting part perpendicular to the above-mentioned connecting part and is for placement on a table board.
  • The support part (20) shown in the FIG. 1 for example, is a part which is connected to the above-mentioned connecting part (10) and stands on one end of the above-mentioned connecting part (10) perpendicular to the above-mentioned connecting part (10) and is for placement on a table board.
  • The table boards referred to is the top plate of a table in a restaurant or in a conference room, on the top surface of the table boards (70) the support part (20) of the bag hanger shall be placed for the use of the bag hanger.
  • The support part is, likewise the connecting part, formed by covering rod-shaped metal cores with a soft material capable of elastic deformation.
  • As being covered with a soft material, the support part can greatly maintain the frictional force with the table boards, therefore, it is possible to reliably secure the support part on the table boards.
  • As shown in the FIG. 2( a) for example, the support part (20) is formed by covering rod-shaped metal cores (25) with a soft material.
  • The explanation about the details of “connection”, “rod-shaped”, “covering”, and “soft material” will be omitted here, as they are similar to the examples in the above-mentioned connecting part.
  • [3] Hook part
  • The above-mentioned “hook part” is a part facing the above-mentioned support part, connected to the above-mentioned connecting part and stands on one end of the above-mentioned connecting part perpendicular to the above-mentioned connecting part and is for hanging a bag.
  • As is shown in the FIG. 1 for example, the hook part (30) is a part facing the support part (20), being connected to the connecting part (10) and stands on one end of the connecting part (10) perpendicular to the connecting part (10).
  • As is shown in the FIG. 5 for example, when hanging the bag (50), the handle (51) of the bag (50) shall be hanged on the hook part (30). At the top end of the hook part (30) a catch (31), which is intended to prevent falling down of the bag, shall be preferably formed.
  • The hook part is, likewise the connecting part, formed by covering rod-shaped metal cores with a soft material capable of elastic deformation.
  • As being covered with a soft material, the hook part can greatly maintain the frictional force with the handle of a bag, therefore, it is possible to reliably secure the bag on the hook part.
  • The explanation about the details of “connection”, “rod-shaped”, “covering”, and “soft material” will be omitted here, as they are similar to the examples in the above-mentioned connecting part.
