  • 2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98
  • Liquid bottles, the subject of the invention, into which foodstuff, drug and many liquids are placed have a volume as known and they have a mouth part which provides liquid inlet into this volume and a cover which closes the month part.
  • In the state of art, liquid bottles have single or multiple volumes. It is possible to find the bottles including multiple volumes in the market according to need. However, the main deficiency in food sector is that the store shelf life of the 100% pure fruit nectars is short after being mixed with water and then bottled. The reason of this is that the product obtained as a result of mixing 100% nectar and water spoils in 2-3 days. This causes a very serious return cost.
  • The reason why the boxes including mixture water and powder drugs of especially kid syrups and antibiotics in the drug sector are sold in the pharmacy shelves is that the parents cannot do this mixture properly.
  • There are many liquid bottles which are parted, in other words which have two or more volumes. The said liquid bottles have two parts and it is possible to mix the liquids in both parts. However, it is only possible to mix the said liquids after filling them into one volume. These structures serve tor a different purpose.
  • Some applications were found in the research made regarding the liquid bottles with parted structure. Among the said applications, there is one with no TR2000/03270 which was applied on 7 Nov. 2000. In the abstract page of the said application, it was seen that this invention is an implementation which enables the unconsumed portion of beverage and food of same or different type to remain fresh since its package is not opened by partitioning package materials with the same material into one or more parts such as plastic bottle, glass container, plastic container which are used during the release of food and beverages to the market, or which enables to keep more than one different product in the same package. For example, in the attached scheme, the partition of one plastic bottle into two separate parts is figured. Accordingly, the said plastic bottle is partitioned into two separate parts with the same material and the both parts are closed separately with a proper material such as aluminum or similar and then the whole mouth of the bottle is closed generally.
  • Another application is the Utility model dated 22 Aug. 2005 and with no TR2005 03338 U. In the said application; it is stated that the invention relates to the packages in the food sector into which liquid or fluid foods are filed, and it is composed by intertwining-interlocking two parts back to back which are the 5 symmetries of each other although they seem as one single part in respect of external appearance. In this way, it is possible to present two different foods (sesame oil—molasses, butter—honey, ketchup—mayonnaise, etc.) in one package. The system is comprised of security cover, food outlet cover, left body, right body and intertwining-interlocking form.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The aim of this invention is to have different technical features which bring a new development in this sector in a way to be distinctive from the structures used in the state of art.
  • Another aim of the invention which is two-parted liquid bottle is to prevent the mixture of two different liquids by placing a separator of foil type to the parted portion. However, with the intervention on the separator with foil surface, the mixture of two liquids is provided.
  • Furthermore, the aim of the invention is to make the mixture in a proportion determined by the producer in other words properly.
  • In the structures used in the state of art, mixing 100% pure nectar with water and then placing it to the shelf for use reduces the shelf life of this mixture to 2-3 days in beverage sector.
  • However, with this product which is the subject of the invention shelf life increases significantly since the user will mix this product or products in the two-parted bottle when they will be drunk or used.
  • Another aim of the invention is to make the product attractive on the shelf since it will enable for water or liquid and unfinished product it includes to appear separately in one bottle.
  • Another aim of the invention is to make the product flow very quickly from the shelf since the properly prepared products will be excellent in respect of taste and quality.
  • The fields and sectors where the invention will be used;
      • in liquid beverage segment in food sector,
      • in the segment of drugs which are mixed with water and drunk in drug sector,
      • in the fields where alcohol is mixed with water, tonic, mineral water and such kinds of mixture substances and then drunk in the sector of alcoholic beverages,
      • for mixing products such as concentrated detergents, softening agents with water in cleaning sector.
  • For achieving the abovementioned aims, this invention relates to bottles that provide the mixture of two liquids which will mix later in the same volume at any time according to preference and that include at least two parts and that comprise a separator that is placed between the said upper part and lower part, a destruction element which enables the tear of separator as a result of the intervention and which is positioned in the bottle, a contact rod which has an integral structure with the said destruction element and a cover which has an integral structure with contact rod and destruction element enabling the tear of the separator.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention relates to bottles (10) that provide the mixture of two liquids which will mix later in the same volume at any time according to preference and that include at least two parts (11, 12) and that comprise a separator (15) that is placed between the said upper part (11) and lower part (12), a destruction element (18) which enables the tear of separator (15) as a result of the intervention and which is positioned in the bottle, a contact rod (17) which has an integral structure with the said destruction element (18), a cover (16) which has an integral structure with contact rod (17) and destruction element (18) enabling the tear of the separator (15), a supporting projection (13) that has a supporting surface (14) where the said separator (15) is positioned and a press element (19) which has at least one press rod (20) which is positioned on the said cover (16) and which destructs the said separator (15) made of foil material as a result of the applied press force.
  • The usage of the bottle (10) is as follows: in the middle part of the bottle (10) which has at least two parts namely upper and lower parts (11,12) (other than the middle part, the part can be close to upper and lower part according to preference), supporting projection (13) is formed in the internal volume of the bottle (10). The said supporting projection (13) has a supporting surface (14) and a separator (15) made of foil material is positioned on this supporting surface (14). The separator (15) can be made of foil material and it is possible to use different materials which are not harmful to human health. If it will be used preferentially in food sector, water can be positioned in either of upper or lower part (11, 12) and fruit nectar will be positioned in the other part. In the drug sector, kid syrup can be in one part and the mixture water of antibiotics can be in the other one.
  • When it is desired to mix the liquids in upper and lower parts (11, 12), the cover (16) having screwed surfaces opens by being rotated in the direction of b and destruction element (18) tears the foil namely separator (15) by pulling the contact rod (17) which has an integral structure and by pulling the destruction element (18) which is fixed to the rod (17) upwards in the direction of a and thereby the liquids are mixed together, (see FIG. 3.1 and FIG. 4.1)
  • Before destructing the separator (15), the destruction element (18) is in the lower part (12). In other words, it is under the separator (15). (see FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3) Destruction element (18) which moves with the vertical movement of the cover (16) in the direction of a transfers to upper part (11) by destructing the foil, namely separator (15) together with Its pass to upper part (11) and thereby it provides the mixture of liquids in the same volume.
  • It is possible to destruct the separator (15) and mix the liquids with preferentially a different technique that is alternative to destruction element (18). In other words, it is possible to tear and/or destruct the separator (15) by means of a press element (19) on the cover (16) and press rods (20) which are in contact with press element (19) without using the destruction element (18) which has an alternative structure shown in FIG. 5. By pressing on press element (19) in the direction of c, press rods (20) apply press on the upper surface of the foil, namely separator (15) which is already thin by moving in the direction of c and thereby it destructs the separator. In this way, mixture of two different liquids in the same volume is provided with a different technique.
