- The present invention relates to a cardboard frame, in particular to a packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism.
- 2. Description of the prior art
- In supermarkets or warehouses, goods are usually transported by pallets, and the pallets are stacked on one another to prevent the goods from being moistened or damaged, and this method gives an easy transportation, loading and unloading, and its operation can be achieved by a forklift to shorten the time of loading or unloading the goods and make the loading and unloading of the goods simpler and easier. Conventional pallets are generally made of wood, plastic or metal, but the wood pallets may cause parasitic worms and deforestations which is incompliance to environmental protection requirements. The plastic pallets are manufactured by injection molding, not only requiring a mold and incurring a higher manufacturing cost, but also having a risk of being cracked or broken when the plastic pallets are used for carrying a heavier load. Furthermore, the plastic pallets cannot be degenerated easily and will cause an environmental issue. Although the metal pallets come with a secured structure for carrying a very heavy load, yet the cost of the metal pallets is very high, and the storage and transportation are very inconvenient. Therefore, related manufacturers attempt to develop other products to substitute the wood, plastic and metal pallets. Some manufacturers utilize recycle paper to manufacture paper pallets, and the paper pallet becomes a popular product used extensively for carrying and transporting goods in the industry, and the development of paper pallets is blooming.
- A conventional paper pallet usually comprises a top board and a plurality of strip-shaped support members, and the top board and the support members are made of paper, and the support members are made by erecting and stacking a corrugated cardboard, such that the support members can be arranged equidistantly from one another and adhered to the bottom side of the top board to provide the supporting effect.
- Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism having the supporting and buffering effects concurrently, and the packaging cardboard frame is formed by assembling a hollow structure unit or a solid structure unit, and the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit is made of pressing and folding a cardboard continuously, and the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism comprises at least one notch for latching or embedding the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism, and a cushion material is embedded into the center position of the hollow structure unit to produce elasticity, and the hollow structure unit provides the buffering effect, and the solid structure unit provides the supporting effect, so that the present invention can have both supporting and buffering effects concurrently.
- Another objective of the present invention is to manufacture a large quantity of cardboard frames quickly by folding and pressing the cardboard through a machine, and a packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism of the present invention is formed by assembling at least one hollow structure unit or solid structure unit made by continuously pressing and folding a cardboard, and the cardboard includes a plurality of folding lines formed thereon, and the folding lines are provided for a machine to continuously press and fold the cardboard, so that the cardboard can be pressed into the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit, and the notch is provided for latching or embedding the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism in any two different directions. The position of the notch is measured and estimated before the cardboard is pressed and folded by the machine, and a cutting tool is used for cutting the cardboard to form the notch, or a machine is used for continuously pressing and folding the cardboard to form the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit, and then the notch is cut directly from the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit. The present invention adopts the machine to replace the traditional manual cutting, pressing and folding procedures, so that the invention can manufacture a large quantity of packaging cardboard frames quickly.

FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention; and -
FIG. 7 is a schematic view of the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention. - With reference to
FIGS. 1 to 7 for the perspective views of the present invention and the schematic views of the preferred embodiments of the present invention respectively, a packaging cardboard frame with abuffer mechanism 1 comprises ahollow structure unit 2 or asolid structure unit 3, made by continuously pressing and folding a cardboard, and the cardboard includes a plurality offolding lines 5 formed thereon and provided for a machine to continuously press and fold the cardboard along thefolding lines 5 to stack the cardboard into thesolid structure unit 3, or form ahollow structure 2 at the center position in any two of thesolid structure units 3, and the packaging cardboard frame with abuffer mechanism 1 further comprises at least onenotch 6 for latching or embedding the packaging cardboard frame with abuffer mechanism 1, and a cushion material 4 is embedded into the center position of thehollow structure unit 2 to produce elasticity, wherein the cushion material 4 can be a plastic frame, an air pad, a polylon or EPE foam material, such that the packaging cardboard frame can have the supporting and buffering effects concurrently. - Wherein, the
notch 6 is formed on thehollow structure unit 2 or thesolid structure unit 3, and thehollow structure unit 2 or thesolid structure unit 3 can be latched or embedded, and thenotch 6 can be manufactured by the following two methods: - (1) The position of the notch is measured and estimated first, before the machine continuously presses and folds the cardboard, and a cutting tool is used for cutting and forming the notch.
- (2) After the machine continuously presses and folds the cardboard into the
hollow structure unit 2 or thesolid structure unit 3, thenotch 6 is cut and formed directly from thehollow structure unit 2 or thesolid structure unit 3. When the machine presses and folds the cardboard, glue can be sprayed or coated to enhance the strength of the folded packaging cardboard frame with abuffer mechanism 1. - In addition, the
notch 6 is provided for latching or embedding thehollow structure unit 2 or thesolid structure unit 3 in a horizontal direction or a perpendicular direction to form a three-dimensional column structure, wherein thenotch 6 can be rectangular, L-shaped, O-shaped or cross-shaped.
