  • In supermarkets or warehouses, goods are usually transported by pallets, and the pallets are stacked on one another to prevent the goods from being moistened or damaged, and this method gives an easy transportation, loading and unloading, and its operation can be achieved by a forklift to shorten the time of loading or unloading the goods and make the loading and unloading of the goods simpler and easier. Conventional pallets are generally made of wood, plastic or metal, but the wood pallets may cause parasitic worms and deforestations which is incompliance to environmental protection requirements. The plastic pallets are manufactured by injection molding, not only requiring a mold and incurring a higher manufacturing cost, but also having a risk of being cracked or broken when the plastic pallets are used for carrying a heavier load. Furthermore, the plastic pallets cannot be degenerated easily and will cause an environmental issue. Although the metal pallets come with a secured structure for carrying a very heavy load, yet the cost of the metal pallets is very high, and the storage and transportation are very inconvenient. Therefore, related manufacturers attempt to develop other products to substitute the wood, plastic and metal pallets. Some manufacturers utilize recycle paper to manufacture paper pallets, and the paper pallet becomes a popular product used extensively for carrying and transporting goods in the industry, and the development of paper pallets is blooming.
  • A conventional paper pallet usually comprises a top board and a plurality of strip-shaped support members, and the top board and the support members are made of paper, and the support members are made by erecting and stacking a corrugated cardboard, such that the support members can be arranged equidistantly from one another and adhered to the bottom side of the top board to provide the supporting effect.

  • Another objective of the present invention is to manufacture a large quantity of cardboard frames quickly by folding and pressing the cardboard through a machine, and a packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism of the present invention is formed by assembling at least one hollow structure unit or solid structure unit made by continuously pressing and folding a cardboard, and the cardboard includes a plurality of folding lines formed thereon, and the folding lines are provided for a machine to continuously press and fold the cardboard, so that the cardboard can be pressed into the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit, and the notch is provided for latching or embedding the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism in any two different directions. The position of the notch is measured and estimated before the cardboard is pressed and folded by the machine, and a cutting tool is used for cutting the cardboard to form the notch, or a machine is used for continuously pressing and folding the cardboard to form the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit, and then the notch is cut directly from the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit. The present invention adopts the machine to replace the traditional manual cutting, pressing and folding procedures, so that the invention can manufacture a large quantity of packaging cardboard frames quickly.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

  • FIG. 2 is a second perspective view of the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a third perspective view of the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention;

  • FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention; and
  • FIG. 7 is a schematic view of the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7 for the perspective views of the present invention and the schematic views of the preferred embodiments of the present invention respectively, a packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism 1 comprises a hollow structure unit 2 or a solid structure unit 3, made by continuously pressing and folding a cardboard, and the cardboard includes a plurality of folding lines 5 formed thereon and provided for a machine to continuously press and fold the cardboard along the folding lines 5 to stack the cardboard into the solid structure unit 3, or form a hollow structure 2 at the center position in any two of the solid structure units 3, and the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism 1 further comprises at least one notch 6 for latching or embedding the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism 1, and a cushion material 4 is embedded into the center position of the hollow structure unit 2 to produce elasticity, wherein the cushion material 4 can be a plastic frame, an air pad, a polylon or EPE foam material, such that the packaging cardboard frame can have the supporting and buffering effects concurrently.
  • Wherein, the notch 6 is formed on the hollow structure unit 2 or the solid structure unit 3, and the hollow structure unit 2 or the solid structure unit 3 can be latched or embedded, and the notch 6 can be manufactured by the following two methods:
  • (1) The position of the notch is measured and estimated first, before the machine continuously presses and folds the cardboard, and a cutting tool is used for cutting and forming the notch.
  • (2) After the machine continuously presses and folds the cardboard into the hollow structure unit 2 or the solid structure unit 3, the notch 6 is cut and formed directly from the hollow structure unit 2 or the solid structure unit 3. When the machine presses and folds the cardboard, glue can be sprayed or coated to enhance the strength of the folded packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism 1.
  • In addition, the notch 6 is provided for latching or embedding the hollow structure unit 2 or the solid structure unit 3 in a horizontal direction or a perpendicular direction to form a three-dimensional column structure, wherein the notch 6 can be rectangular, L-shaped, O-shaped or cross-shaped. A groove is formed at the same position of the folding line 5 to facilitate pressing and folding the cardboard to improve the seal level of the pressed and folded cardboard. The hollow structure unit 2 or the solid structure unit 3 can be an I-shaped column structure, an L-shaped column structure, or an L-shaped column structure with a recession formed at the middle of the L-shaped column structure. Both sides of the I-shaped column structure or I-shaped column structure can be pressed and folded continuously and stacked to form a more secured supporting structure, and a spring, an air column, or a polylon cushion material 4 is stuffed at the weaker position at the middle of the packaging cardboard frame.
  • In summation of the description above, the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism 1 of the present invention can overcome the problems of the conventional way of manually cutting, pressing and folding the cardboard that cannot complete the finished goods by the machines on the production line directly. The manual manufacture not only increases the defective rate, but also takes more time and efforts, and the manufacturing procedure of the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism is described as follows.
  • Four 40×100(cm) cardboards are used, and each cardboard is divided into five 40×20 (cm) blocks, and grooved are engraved at the boundary of the blocks to form the folding lines 5, and then a machine is used to press and fold along the folding lines 5 into a solid structure unit 3 with five layers of cardboards and in the shape of an I-shaped column structure. In addition, the grooves can be designed in such a way to facilitate pressing and folding the cardboard, and a machine is used to cut the three notches 6 directly from the solid structure unit 3, and two 7×7 (cm) notches 6 are cut from both ends of a side and at positions of 5 cm inwardly from the ends respectively, and one 10×20 (cm) notch 6 is cut from the middle portion on the other side, such that any two solid structure units 3 can be latched by the 7×7 (cm) notches 6, and the four solid structure units 3 are used to form a #-shaped packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism 1, wherein the center position of the solid structure unit 3 on each side has one 10×20(cm) notch 6, so that a cardboard can be embedded, and a cushion material 4 can be embedded into the center position of the cardboard to produce elasticity, wherein the cushion material 4 can be an air column. Therefore, the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism 1 of the present invention can provide the supporting and buffering effects concurrently.
