Abstract
A box with two tearing stages for receiving an element comprises a box having a receiving tank and a base plate extending from the receiving tank; a top end of the base plate having a hanging hole for hanging the box; the receiving tank serving to receive an object for packaging; one lateral side of the base plate formed with a tear-able portion which has a small area; a sealing film adhered upon the receiving tank and the base plate and also sealing the tearable portion; the sealing film being formed with two banks of tearing lines; thus, when the tearable portion is torn, a part of the sealing film confined by the two banks of the tearing lines is also torn away; and the sealing film being formed with a tearable area upon the receiving tank.
Description
- The present invention relates to packaging of parts, and in particular to a box with two tearing stages for receiving an element.
- With the progress of technology, various small parts, such as electronic parts are used in daily life. However in the transferring process, these electronic elements must be packed in one box so as to avoid collision or destroy.
- However current used boxes are not well designed so that in the processing of de-packaging, the box is easily destroyed and is arranged disorderly. Even some foams are used in packing, but they are not environmental-protected object. Further most of the pacing box can not be reused.
- Thus from above discussion, it is known that there is a need to improve the prior defects.
- Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a box with two tearing stages for receiving an element, wherein the object in the receiving tank can be taken out easily without using any tool and the sealing film is reusable so that the object can be placed into the receiving tank repeatedly. Furthermore, since the whole box is reusable and thus waste material is reduced so as to match the requirement of environmental protection.
- To achieve above object, the present invention provides a box with two tearing stages for receiving an element comprising: a box having a receiving tank and a base plate extending from the receiving tank; a top end of the base plate having a hanging hole for hanging the box; the receiving tank serving to receiving an object for packaging; one lateral side of the base plate formed with a tear-able portion which has a small area; a sealing film adhered upon the receiving tank and the base plate and also sealing the tearable portion; the sealing film being formed with two banks of tearing lines; thus, when the tearable portion is torn, a part of the sealing film confined by the two banks of the tearing lines is also torn away; the sealing film being formed with a tearable area upon the receiving tank; thus, the user can tear away the tearable portion and then open the tearable area so as to expose the elements in the receiving tank.
- The box further comprises a cover for covering upon the receiving tank; and the sealing film being adhered on the cover above the box. A periphery of the tearable area upon the receiving tank is formed with tearing lines so that when the tearable portion is torn away, then the user can opening the cover and the tearable area upon the cover will be also torn away from the base plate.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
-
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing the box of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the box of the present invention, wherein the side opposite to that inFIG. 1 is illustrated. -
FIG. 3 is a front assembly view of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 is a schematic view about another embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 is a perspective view about another embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 6 shows the application of another embodiment of the present invention. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- A
box 1 has areceiving tank 22 and abase plate 2 extending from thereceiving tank 22. A top end of thebase plate 2 has a hanginghole 21 for hanging thebox 1 on an object. Thereceiving tank 22 serves to receiving an object for packaging, such as a battery, a perfume bottle, etc. - One lateral side of the
base plate 2 is formed with a tear-able portion 23 which has a small area. An edge of thetearable portion 23 is formed with a plurality of slender small holes or is thinned so that it can be torn from the other portion of thebase plate 2. - A
sealing film 3 is adhered upon thereceiving tank 22 and thebase plate 2 and also seals thetearable portion 23. The sealingfilm 3 is formed with two banks of tearing lines so as to define a tear-able strip 25 which covers thetearable portion 23. Thus, when thetearable portion 23 is torn, a tear-able strip 25 of thesealing film 3 confined by the two banks of the tearing lines is also torn away. Referring toFIGS. 1 and 3 , thesealing film 3 is formed with atearable area 300 upon thereceiving tank 22. - Thus, the user can tear away the
tearable portion 23 and then opens thetearable area 300 so as to expose the elements (not shown) in thereceiving tank 22. Thesealing film 3 can be adhered repeatedly. Thus, when the object in thereceiving tank 22 is not used, the object can be placed into thereceiving tank 22 again and thesealing film 3 is adhered on thebase plate 2 again. - With reference to
FIGS. 4 to 6 , another application of the present invention is illustrated. It should be noted those identical to the above embodiment are indicated with the same numerals. Only those different between them are described herein - In this embodiment, referring to
FIGS. 4 and 5 , acover 11 is used to cover upon thereceiving tank 22. Thecover 11 has at least oneprotrusion 110 for engaging with thereceiving tank 22. In this embodiment, there are twoprotrusions 110 are shown. - The
sealing film 3 is adhered on thecover 11 above thebox 1. A periphery of atearable area 300 of the sealingfilm 3 upon the receivingtank 22 is formed with tearing lines so that when thetearable portion 23 is torn away, then the user can opening thecover 11 and thetearable area 300 upon the cover will be also torn away from thebase plate 2. Thesealing film 3 can be adhered repeatedly. Thus, when the object in thereceiving tank 22 is not used, the object can be placed into thereceiving tank 22 again and thesealing film 3 is adhered on thebase plate 2 again. - The
cover 11 can be separated from the base plate 1 (seeFIG. 4 ) or be separated from the base plate 2 (seeFIG. 5 ), all these are within the scope of the present invention. - Referring to
FIG. 6 , in the present invention, thebase plate 2 can be printed with advertisement patterns or textures so as to formed with anadvertisement area 900 which can be printed with the name or use or others thereon. - In the present invention, the elements in the
receiving tank 22 may be one of an electronic elements, batteries, memory cards, a cosmetic bottle, etc. - Advantages of the present invention is that the object in the
receiving tank 22 can be taken out easily without using any tool and thesealing film 3 is reusable so that when the object can be replaced into thereceiving tank 22. Furthermore, since the whole box is reusable and thus the waste is reduced, which matches the requirement of environmental protection. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
