- In case of such a human body cooling apparatus where the same is used instead of a covering futon, for example, the human body cooling apparatus is required to be light-weighted and flexible in addition to possession of a cooling effect, so as to obtain a good feeling upon use.
- Further, with such a human body cooling apparatus, the migratability of a cooling medium containing gel accommodated inside the apparatus is high, thus if the cooling medium is simply accommodated in the exterior element, the weight of a human body would cause the cooling medium to be unevenly distributed within the exterior element, resulting in failure of expectation of a sufficient cooling effect for the human body.
- The present applicant has proposed a human body cooling apparatus having an excellent cooling effect for a human body at the time of sleeping, or the like as shown in
Patent Document 1, and has obtained an utility model registration based thereon, where the human body cooling apparatus is configured to comprise: an exterior element in which two covering members in the shape of a rectangular seat each having a front cloth and a backing cloth are put one upon another with the backing cloths being superposed on each other to provide a flat form, the backing cloths being high-frequency welded for formation of an outer edge welded portion, a toric partially welded portion having an air bleeder hole for heat radiation in a plurality of places in an internal area thereof, and straight-linear middle welded portions; and a cooling medium containing gel accommodated in the exterior element such that migration thereof is restricted by the outer edge welded portion, partially welded portions in the internal area thereof, and middle welded portions. - Patent Document 1: Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3,146,465
- Thus, the problem to be solved by the present invention is a fact that no human body cooling apparatus is available, which apparatus can suppress an internal migration of a cooling medium to thereby assuredly exhibit a cooling effect for a target object such as a human body, which apparatus is light-weighted to obtain a better feeling upon use, and which apparatus is also excellent in handling ability.
- The present invention provides a human body cooling apparatus, mainly comprising:
- an exterior element in which two covering members in a seat shape each having a front cloth formed of a fabric-like material, and a backing cloth formed of a non-water absorbent material which is weldable by heating are put one upon another, in a manner to superpose the backing cloths on each other to provide the exterior element in a mat-like form, and to form (i) an outer edge welded portion between the backing cloths in an outer edge area of the exterior element, and (ii) a cooling medium excluding portion defined by a plurality of partially welded portions between the backing cloths in an internal area of the exterior element;
- a cooling medium containing gel internally packed within cooling medium areas continuously formed within the exterior element in areas other than the outer edge welded portion and the cooling medium excluding portion defined by the partially welded portions in the internal area; and
- an outer edge sealed portion provided by sewing over an outer edge of the exterior element.
- According to the inventions stated in
claims 1 to 3, the cooling medium excluding portions containing no cooling media therein are provided in rows in the internal area of the exterior element, so that the accommodated amount of the cooling medium is reduced, thereby enabling to realize and provide a human body cooling apparatus, which apparatus can achieve a reduced weight of the human body cooling apparatus itself while restricting migration of the cooling medium by virtue of the cooling medium excluding portions to allow to obtain a good feeling upon use when the apparatus is used as bedclothes, and which apparatus can also be folded along the cooling medium excluding portions in a manner to reduce an occupying space to achieve an expediency upon accommodating the apparatus for storage. - According to the inventions stated in
claims 4 to 6, it is allowed to realize and provide a human body cooling apparatus, which apparatus exhibits the same effect as that with the inventions stated inclaims 1 to 3, and which apparatus is also excellent in function for radiating a heat acting on this apparatus by virtue of the additional configuration that each cooling medium excluding portion is provided with a plurality of heat radiating holes, thereby enabling to obtain a good feeling upon use when the apparatus is used as bedclothes. - According to the inventions stated in
claims 7 to 9, it is allowed to realize and provide a human body cooling apparatus, which apparatus exhibits substantially the same effect as that with the inventions stated inclaims 1 to 3, and which apparatus possesses a higher elasticity by virtue of the elastic member internally packed within each of the cooling medium excluding portions, thereby enabling to obtain a better feeling upon use when the apparatus is used as bedclothes. -
